Where are the best places for a mammogram?

Hey ladies, any of you frequenters of this forum had a checkup lately? I need some recommendations for a place that won't be so aggressive with the exam.

Since I'm dealing with a massive amount of pain right now—and honestly, life just feels like a constant grind—I don't think I could handle someone being rough or totally uncaring while they poke around. If anyone knows a doctor or even a private clinic that actually has a gentle touch, please let me know.

Where to? Honestly, I think mammograms are a bit of a racket. You’re better off looking into thermography. If you absolutely have to go through with a mammogram, though, check which clinic uses machines with soft pads—you know, those little cushions designed so they don't just crush your chest. Also, they’re supposed to apply pressure only up to what a patient can actually handle, but you need to be firm. If it hurts, tell them. Tell them to ease up and let you dictate the pace.
