Edward Howard2 said:I think banking on an Alonso win is way too optimistic, but grabbing a podium this season? That’s actually pretty realistic. Plus, maybe Piquet finally cracks the points.

Yeah, a win is definitely reaching, and honestly, even a podium feels like a stretch. But hey, I’m an optimist at heart, so I’m still holding out hope that we see Alonso popping that champagne again.😁

Please, don't mourn for the Renault-esque legacy

Just keep calling out to them; I truly believe people would give anything just to get their hands on a Renault👋 👋 👋

We are the Renault believers🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Alonso is going to drive like a total bull
and all the fans will probably be praying
that Massa messes up another corner like a complete amateur
Alonso’s going to be soaked in champagne
since Hamilton just doesn't seem to know how to push his car to the limit
Kimi, oh Kimi, there's smoke coming off your car again
just take a breath and try to stay cool
and I haven't even caught a glimpse of Kovalainen anywhere
Alonso is back at it, leading the pack once more
I suppose it's just in his DNA

That's just how fan chants go, I guess😬, and honestly, it's coming from people who don't even support Renault🙄

since Hamilton can't figure out how to set up his car
Kimi, Kimi, there's smoke coming off your cockpit again
just take a breath and chill out
Kovalainen is nowhere to be found
Alonso's back at it, leading the pack once more
it's just in his blood

That's how you write a fan anthem😬, and apparently from people who don't even pull for Renault🙄

Alright, so I’ve been sitting here for ages, overthinking everything. I've been crunching the numbers, looking at current driver form, how the cars are actually behaving, and comparing today's results against earlier this season and even last year. After weighing all the variables that could mess with the outcome, I’ve finally come up with a totally rational prediction for tomorrow's race...

1. Kimi Raikkonen
2. Felipe Massa*
3. Fernando Alonso
4. Lewis Hamilton*
5. Robert Kubica
6. Heikki Kovalainen
7. Jarno Trulli
8. Nelsinho Piquet
9. Nick Heidfeld
10. Timo Glock

*Note: This doesn't account for any wildcards or unpredictable chaos—like a driver losing their cool mid-race and driving like a maniac, which always ruins everything. Because of that, I've included the 9th and 10th place guys just in case someone higher up crashes out and they slide into the points positions.

Should I tell you right now that you're rambling, or wait until after the race?

Hey, don't go grouping me in with myself here... 😁

If you save your comment for tomorrow, you won't even get the chance to say it. 😛

I suppose there's some truth to that, especially if they decide to move on from Hamilton and bring in someone with a bit more edge.☕

I actually had a physical reaction reading all this nonsense you guys posted.
The topic seemed cool enough, so I figured I'd jump in.
I honestly thought there might be some actual knowledge here, but man, was I wrong.🤷

One thing still isn't totally clicking for me though... 🤔

...but after seeing this, it's way clearer why they say "the best defense is a good offense." 🤣

Honestly, neonharbor18 is just all over the place lately, nothing makes sense anymore. 😁

It’s like he needs a lesson from old man Vespa:

On Sunday afternoon, right around two-thirty,
Kimi’s engine is already smoking and feeling gritty.
Massa blew right through the first red light,
so they had to pull his car over to make things right.
Hamilton is like a little kid driving a Mercedes,
just pushing buttons and letting the automatic handle the rest.

By the end of the first stint,
that yellow and white color becomes truly significant.
Alonso is pulling away, a full lap ahead of the pack,
oh man, the victory, the first place, and we’re all just caught in the track. 👋

( and in Qualifying, it was even more of a mess ) 🙏

That really rubbed me the wrong way... My first thought was—okay, some self-proclaimed "expert" just popped in to see what we're talking about here—but then I saw his other post...
🤣🤣🤣

yo, just caught a glimpse of tomorrow's race start 😲: Kimi and Fernando manage to hold their ground at the launch, and then Hamilton goes absolutely mental on the start, slicing through the field until he hits the corner where everything goes sideways 😲, and thanks to some seriously gutsy moves from both drivers, they slam into each other, both spinning off into the grass and out of the race for good
😲

but I’m sticking to my guns here—landing in the top 5 is an absolute masterclass of a result if you ask me

What a joke. He registers, drops that absolute garbage as his very first post, and honestly? I think he got called out, felt a bit too smart for his own good, and decided he won't bother talking to us "clueless" folks anymore. But then, his third single post on the whole forum lands right here in this sub-forum, which is basically crawling with newbies... and man, what a post it is... 🤣
No doubt about it... a total genius. 🤣
