I found the movie a little slow, to be honest. The only thing that actually felt realistic was that website chat scene.😁

Acid murders that eat through everything? That's pure horror right there.

"Spectacle" is probably the most accurate way to describe this movie. Honestly, they could have done so much better with the plot and the resolution—as it stands, the whole thing just feels incredibly cliché.
I wouldn't even go so far as to call this a horror film☕

Just finished watching the Millennium episode, which was filmed long before this movie even existed.
It’s basically the exact same plot—

When Three teenagers witness a murder on the internet, Frank believes the culprit may be an old adversary he never caught.

there's actually a scene in the series featuring an untraceable route, which is just the English name used for the Death Portal.

A painfully drawn-out, cliché-ridden slog of a movie that likely wouldn't have even made a blip on the radar if it weren't for the prestige cast attached to it.

And what’s your take on them basing an entire movie on a single episode of a series?
