I just received an HPV diagnosis. I know there’s been plenty of discussion on this topic before, but I felt the need to ask.

My gynecologist informed me that there isn't a permanent cure; the goal is essentially to manage it by boosting my immune system. She did mention that in certain instances, the virus can actually clear itself entirely, and she suggested that the best remedy for this is Kantian oil.

So, I went ahead and bought some. Her advice was to soak a tampon in the oil and insert it to let it work for a few hours, several times a day.

Has anyone here had any experience with this method or anything similar?

Hey, just wanted to drop in and offer some comfort. I’ve been right where you are—dealing with HPV and CIN grades 1, 2, and 3. I was actually right on the edge of having to go under the knife for surgery, but I managed to clear everything up using Pfizer vaginal applicators. It’s been two or three years now, and I’m totally clear—no HPV and no CIN in sight. So, please know there is definitely a way through this and plenty of hope for recovery. Just stay positive; things really do get better.

Hey,

Regarding HPV and all the different treatment options, there's already a dedicated thread on HPV and CIN I, II, III... I know it's a massive topic, but you'll definitely find answers to most of your questions over there.

Since I'm already typing... I actually tried treating my CIN with Kantian oil, among several other supplements and remedies. I heard right here on the forum that Kantian might actually help. I used it for seven days, then stopped. To be honest, I don't even know if it worked or if it was something else I was taking, but my biopsy came back clear—no more dysplasia. Who knows what actually did the trick...

And just like Hannah Bishop mentioned, there are also those Pfizer vaginal suppositories... My doctor prescribed those to me too.

How long did you use the Pfizer stuff?

My doctor put me on a regimen for three weeks, twice a week.

Nancy Smith72, how exactly did you take the Kantian? Was it 7 days between cycles?

Please, for the love of God, can we all just migrate over to that other forum? I need to stay updated on everything regarding CIN I, II, III, and HPV—it’s vital!
I actually have a question concerning Kantian oil as well, but I've already posted it elsewhere.

My doctor actually told me to use it twice a week for about three weeks.

Hey, I’m thinking the same thing—maybe three times a week, twice a day? Just apply the ointment...
