Yeah, back in 2007 she put out the Voila album, which is basically a collection of covers of those classic French songs—you know, the famous chansons. Although we Belinda fans absolutely love the Voila album, it unfortunately didn't hit the massive success we were all hoping for. She only released two CD singles (and even those were just promos) plus one radio single, and she didn't even film a music video for it.😢I mean, personally, I really dig Voila, and most Belinda fans do too. I'm obsessed with "La Vie en Rose," "If you go away," "Bonnie and Clyde," "Cherished Merc," and "ripples in the water"...😍

I received that quite some time ago from my uncle, who used to work abroad. However, that remains my only possession of Belinda, and the cassette is already quite worn from being played so frequently. 😁

I wouldn't call myself a die-hard fan, but I definitely respected her work. She had such a sweet, engaging voice, and looking back, she had an incredible run of hits that actually still hold up today. Plus, she always looked great.
My personal favorites have to be Circle in the Sand, I Get Weak, and Vision of You... though the ones mentioned earlier are solid too. It’s a shame she isn't putting out new music anymore. Honestly, when I compare those 80s icons to what we're seeing on the charts now...😢

Finally, this thread is live! Honestly, she’s such a total icon. I don't listen to much else, but her solos? Absolute gold. And just so we're all on the same page—since someone clearly missed this earlier—she isn't just some singer; she's a drummer too. Total legend in my book.😁
I still have my original Runaway Horses t-shirt, and whenever I wear it out in the city, people give me these blank stares like, "Wait, who is that band again?" It's honestly kind of hilarious.

Man, "Leave a Light On" is just absolute perfection. Honestly, Madonna is easily one of the greatest vocalists to ever do it—she’s basically sitting at #2 on my all-time list, which is saying a lot since I barely listen to female artists at all.
