Personally, it really gets under my skin—even when someone from my own crew lets something similar slip out by mistake. I mean, I think I’m probably ready to throw down physically if some outsider says something like that to me, depending on the situation (and who the 🙂 is), though maybe not full-on guns blazing, just... you know, a little heated. 😁The best part is when one of my teammates blabs something, immediately bites their tongue, and gives me that pathetic, apologetic look like, "Whoops, I didn't mean it quite like that..." ☕

Doesn't bother me at all. Honestly, what those people think isn't really my problem, and I don't care what they have to say anyway.

The people I associate with don't go around insulting my family members ☕

If someone decides to start throwing insults at my mother, I’m giving them back exactly what they dished out!😁

I can't stand swearing, but it’s even more pathetic when people start brawling over it, acting like someone actually insulted the Virgin Mary...

People usually try to be careful about not bringing my mother into their insults—though I have to admit, I sometimes do the exact same thing...

If someone just slips up by accident, I’ll probably be pretty forgiving and let it slide. But if it’s someone who knows me even a little bit—or doesn't know me at all—and they start bringing up my mom in a way that feels disrespectful, I usually give them a heads-up first. After that warning, though, things can get a bit heated and turn into a full-on argument... then again, since I like to think I'm a bit of a bigger man, I usually just stick to the warning stage....

Yeah, I definitely am... one time I was messing around with my boyfriend and he said something really gross to me, and obviously... I slapped him so hard he was totally stunned🙂

Look, I’m not one for swearing—and I really don't care for it when others do, either. For some people, dropping an F-bomb is as natural as saying "hello," but it just isn't my style. If they claim it's a reflection of their culture or level of sophistication, then fine—maybe they can try being a bit more civilized! Best to all the good folks out there.

I know a guy who uses the Virgin Mary as an exclamation in almost every single sentence he says!

I can't stand it when people swear at someone's mother or any family member. My friends know that about me. One person thought I was joking once, and she took it the wrong way—let's just say things got heated, though we didn't get physical 😬. I don't go around cursing anyone's mother...
uhm... 😬 Sometimes my dad will let out a "motherf***er," and I just tell him, "I know, Dad, I know..."
p.s.
It honestly bothers me when people disrespect the Virgin Mary 😠 (not that I'm a huge believer)

I don't take any of it to heart. In most cases, it’s nothing more than a mindless verbal tic, and the person uttering it certainly isn't actually thinking about anyone's mother. If someone specifically targets my own mother just to get a rise out of me, they are clearly an idiot—and I have absolutely no intention of wasting my energy on such people. I’d much rather just laugh them off. 😁

Nobody should ever be allowed to get away with something like that... I can handle just about anything, but I won't stand for someone disrespecting my mother like that.

You're absolutely right... 👍

And that’s exactly what gets under my skin so much... 😠

Here’s a perfect example of why that guy is definitely going to be having a little chat with the cops...
I got a DM... two separate ones, actually, and nobody even bothered to delete them...

What else is there to say...
Well, that’s just a real class act right there... such a perfectly raised kid... 👎

Sometimes I vent—but I never truly mean it—it’s just my way of filling the space when I'm frustrated... and honestly, when someone says something similar to me, I know they aren't trying to be hurtful—things just slip out sometimes, you know?

Look, I’m not out here throwing insults at anyone’s mother, nor does anyone direct that kind of language toward me. 🤷
Honestly, I find myself flinching every single time someone uses God's name in vain—it just hits a nerve—but I’m not going to start a brawl over it. What am I supposed to do, go around lecturing everyone on basic decency? It’s not like anyone ever sat me down to teach me how to behave. 😁

I used to let things get under my skin so easily, and honestly, my reactions were pretty impulsive back then! But these days? I’ve found this sense of calm and a much cooler head, so it takes a whole lot more than just empty words to actually "get to me" or stir up any kind of emotion. 🙂

Me neither.
From my dog and my mom right up to God, Jesus, and the whole crew. 🤷
