Need help converting MP4 files?

I'm having a nightmare trying to convert this video to MP4. Can anyone walk me through this? I've got an MS410...
It says it supports MP3, WMA, and WAM files, but how on earth am I supposed to turn a video into one of those formats? 🤷🤷

You probably got a disc included in the box specifically for installing a converter to switch your videos into a supported format.
If you didn't get one, just grab a converter like Handbrake online.

Well, it really just depends on which formats you're looking for.
Just give Google a quick search. Try typing in something like the current video format followed by supported format converter download.
