Alright, I’ve already scrolled through the threads about hair loss and everything else, but now there's one specific thing on my mind...
I'm 16, and things started thinning out about a year ago. Since then, it's just gone downhill. Now my hair is thin, weak, and pretty sparse. I tried using some ginseng shampoo and those topical ampules from a brand called Bes; they helped a bit by slowing down the shedding, but that's about it. And don't even get me started on the dandruff...😢...So here's the deal: I'm young, but I'm honestly terrified of going bald. I used to have really thick, healthy hair. I've been thinking about just buzzing it all off short for a while and maybe trying some pills or ampules—whatever works—to try and thicken it up or jumpstart growth alongside the ginseng stuff. My main question is: can I actually regrow hair in the spots where it's already gone? Can I make it thick again? Like I said, my plan is basically: buzz cut + various treatments, ginseng, some drugstore dandruff crap, etc.

If anyone has dealt with this or has any actual advice, please let me know. I could really use the help. Thanks...👍

Listen, just stick to nature and you'll be fine.
Look: hair loss is actually caused by toxins building up in your liver. The liver then tries to flush those toxins out through your skin via the sebaceous glands. Since most of those glands are concentrated around the scalp to keep your hair from getting brittle, that's where the trouble starts.
Your scalp gets overproduced with oil, which leads to dandruff.
Basically, the skin starts peeling because there's too much oil.
And finally—this constant overload on the scalp causes the follicles to loosen up, and that's when you start losing hair.
It’s reversible. Once you clear the toxins out of your liver (and ideally your kidneys too), your scalp will naturally start to recover on its own.
Toxins are just chemicals—literally everything on your body and everything around you. Even your food.

Read this book: Clark Hulda - The cure for all diseases. It explains the whole process in detail.😛

Ginseng is incredibly dangerous!!!!!!!
Most people have no clue. Traditional herbalists teach that when you're working with potent medicinal plants, you only use a tiny amount in a blend, filling out the rest with milder ingredients. That’s because anything powerful enough to heal can be just as powerful in its side effects.
That's why they are always mixed.
It's about finding the right balance of active compounds. Unfortunately, Big Pharma has turned a deaf ear to these ancient warnings, and now we're all out here acting like we're gods...
Potent drugs are risky. And ginseng is a plant. It can be dangerous on its own...
Consider yourselves warned.

Straight from the monks in the Himalayas:
There’s a theory floating around them—and honestly, it makes sense—that any hair type recovers best if you just trim everything to a uniform length.
The logic is that when every strand is roughly the same, they all grow at a consistent rate. If you leave some parts much longer than others while trying to style it, you end up with those uneven growth spurches that make maintenance a nightmare. Plus, it stops you from overworking the roots during styling.
That’s why they ALL stick to a uniform, buzz-cut look.
I don't know, it just clicks for me...
