So, here’s the deal—I totally messed up my schedule yesterday. I was supposed to take my Saturday pill, but I ended up grabbing the Sunday one instead. Then, I finally took the Saturday pill today. Is that going to mess anything up? Usually, I'm pretty on top of things and don't miss doses, so this is a bit out of character for me. Also, quick question: is there a weaker version of Diane available if I happen to take both Diane and Glucophage at the exact same time? I actually just finished my last Diane pill today.

I haven't been forgetting them generally, though. Also, does combining birth control with Glucophage weaken the effect? Today was my last pill in the pack.

Honestly, it doesn't matter. Every pill in that pack has the exact same hormone dosage.
It won't change anything; you can effectively start from the middle or the beginning of the pack as long as you want. Just follow the days printed on the blister pack so you don't accidentally double up—especially if you lose track of whether you actually swallowed one or just thought you did.
As for the Glucophage, it's probably best to wait about an hour after taking your birth control. Personally, I tend to dump all my daily pills into my palm and shake them all at once, which I know isn't exactly medical best practice.

PS. I'm only doing that because I am officially over dealing with these obnoxious little pills.

Hey, thanks! Honestly, I’m right there with you... I just can't seem to stomach them anymore, even though I really should.
