I have no clue why my forehead is such a disaster zone

It’s all breakouts... just constant acne.
I never used to deal with this—not even back in high school. I was basically blessed with clear skin through puberty and everything.

Now that I’m 20,
my forehead is acting up big time.
I used to just get those occasional spots right before my period, nothing major.

But about two years ago, I decided to get breast implants, and ever since then, things have gone downhill.
My skin feels way oilier than it used to.
Maybe it’s related to my hair? Or maybe because the skin on my forehead doesn't feel as "breathable" as the rest of my face.
The rest of my face is totally fine,
it’s just the forehead—specifically right at the hairline.

Anyone else dealt with this? Or maybe you have?
Any actual solutions out there?

Because I'm completely out of ideas.🤷

I dealt with those exact same issues after my reduction. Honestly, the only way to get any relief when you're home is to prop them up with something—just enough to let the skin breathe and take the pressure off.

I tend to keep my bangs quite short—really short—and the moment they start to grow out even a fraction, my skin starts acting up and looking uneven. It’s a bit of a nuisance, isn't it? Though, I must say, aside from that little hiccup, my complexion is actually near perfect. If you find yourself in a similar predicament, perhaps try pinning them back with a clip when needed, trimming them more frequently, skipping the heavy foundation altogether, being a bit more conservative with the moisturizer, and making sure to wash your face thoroughly—including the forehead area where the hair sits!
