So, I've been digging around online but haven't found much. Does anyone actually know what speeds up sperm production and what doesn't?
Like, is it all about diet—what foods help versus what to avoid—or does it have more to do with working out and stuff?

Anyone got any info on this or maybe an American link that explains it?

For instance, if it's diet-related, which foods are winners and which are losers? Or is it tied to specific types of physical activity and stuff like that...?

Does anyone have any expertise here or maybe an American link that covers this?

It all comes down to lifestyle: if you want healthy results, you need a healthy life, which means eating right and staying active. Think of the Mediterranean diet—lots of veggies, fruit, fish, lean poultry, olive oil, and maybe a glass of wine a day if you absolutely have to drink. You also need at least 30 minutes of exercise daily to stay on track.
On the flip side, alcohol, smoking, drugs, junk food, living in polluted areas, and even wearing tight underwear that constricts the testes can wreck your sperm count and tank male fertility.

Thanks for the input,

I’ve noticed that if I go out on a weekend, drink a bit too much, and then deal with the aftermath, my volume is actually higher the next day, but then it totally tanks for the couple days after that. Doesn't make sense to me. Anyone got an explanation?

Also, adding this,

Does working out actually help with sperm production or speed things up? And does sleep play a role too?

Absolutely.
Go back and actually read those links I included in my very first post.

I’ve noticed that after I go out for a night on the town during the weekend and drink a bit more than usual, my ejaculation the next day—let's call it "extra volume"—is actually thicker, but then for the next couple of days, it gets way thinner. It doesn't really make sense to me... anyone got an explanation for this?

Look, if you're abstaining and haven't had sex for a few days, that first ejaculation after the break is always going to be thick. Every single one after that—whether it's later that same night or over the following days—just keeps tapering off. You get less volume and the consistency gets much thinner. Honestly, nothing weird is going on here, it's totally normal. ☕

When discussing fertility issues, one frequently hears mentions of heated car seats—particularly among those whose professions involve long hours behind the wheel. In American terms... well... I can't quite find the right way to put it...

No offense intended, truly, but I do hope you aren't messing around here—or rather, that you don't actually need this data for any... contraceptive purposes.

Just a little snippet from the bottom of the page: http://health.discovery.com/encyclop...l?article=3053.

Thanks for the feedback...

Nah, I'm just wondering why my volume is way higher the day after hitting the bars and drinking. That's how it works for me. Why's that?
