Hey there!

Does anyone actually know anything about this? Has anyone here tried it before?
My mom is dead set on giving this a shot, and honestly, I’m pretty skeptical—I usually roll my eyes at anything that looks like a late-night infomercial gimmick, let alone those random weight loss supplements you see everywhere.
Personally, I’ve always been a "clean eating and hitting the gym" kind of person. 👍

Please, help a girl out!

Those pads👎 are just like anything else sold with that kind of hype. Sure, they might stimulate your feet or give them a little massage, but that's about it. If those things actually worked the way people claim, we’d all be walking around looking like supermodels by now🙄 .

I’ve been feeling a bit intrigued by these lately. I’m actually on the UN diet right now and was thinking about picking them up, but I wanted to check in first—does anyone actually use them? Any real experiences you can share?

Honestly, what is wrong with people lately? 🙂

I mean, all this nonsense about sauna belts and miracle waist trainers—it’s ridiculous. It seems like everything sold through those late-night infomercials is considered useless or ineffective by everyone here. I guess some people just fall for it every single time. 🙂

It’s pretty simple: eat clean and hit the gym regularly, and you'll lose weight.

Anything else is just a waste of money.

I’m actually really curious if this stuff actually works! I need to drop about 10 pounds, but honestly? The thought of starting some strict diet makes me want to nap. ☕

Cut back on what you take in—crank up the output! Anything else is just pure nonsense. And honestly, don't even get me started on those diapers.

A colleague of mine at work decided to give this a shot. She’s the type of person who is always looking for some sort of shortcut—anything to avoid actually moving her body or putting in any real effort—because she wants to drop weight in a matter of days. Of course, that's obviously not how biology works, and she usually ends up gaining back even more than she lost last time. She even owns all those high-tech gadgets that you strap on to supposedly "stimulate" your muscles automatically. 🤣 Honestly, what an absolute waste of money!
What really gets me, though, is that even after seeing zero results from these patches, she still insists on giving them another two or three tries, claiming "you have to use them consistently over a long period" to see any real impact.

At the end of the day, there is no substitute for eating actual, nutritious food and staying active. It really just comes down to moderation in everything. There are no magic express diets, no adhesive patches, no waist trainers, and certainly no starving yourself until you collapse.

That’s just clever marketing, honestly. Like, how on earth are you supposed to lose weight from some little insert?
All that nonsense they peddle for every little thing is basically just a tax on idiots. Seriously.
If someone is prone to gaining weight, they're just going to stay that way—unless they actually put in a bit of effort, you know? A little exercise, moving around more... maybe then you might drop a few pounds.
I don't buy into those waist trainers either. I mean, sure, I've heard some celebrities raving about them, but even then, I have no clue if I'd ever actually waste my money on one.😁

The worst part? Even after seeing zero results from these patches, she’s still planning to try them another few times because she thinks "you have to use them long-term and intensely" to see an effect.

It's nothing without real food and actual movement. And honestly—moderation is key. No crash diets, no patches, no waist trainers, and no starving yourself until you pass out.

plus if you're actually walking around while wearing those patches, it'll do wonders for your weight loss 🤣🤣🤣
