What are your thoughts on this, and has anyone actually tried it?

I believe it’s a 10-day program $500 totaling roughly 20 hours, though that isn't the primary concern here.

I suffer from myopia, and for the last six years, I’ve rarely slept more than six hours a night—quite a change from when I was out of the workforce and getting a solid eight. Between my career and personal life, I spend about 10 hours a day staring at a computer screen. While dark circles under my eyes occur occasionally, the real issue is the physical sensation; there is this persistent eye fatigue that makes me feel almost intoxicated or drugged. It’s quite embarrassing, frankly, because I find it difficult to even maintain eye contact with people.
In photos, I look absolutely lifeless due to how my eyes appear... does anyone else deal with these kinds of issues?

I’m constantly squeezing and rubbing them, but I guess I’ve just gotten used to it. After working 10 or 12 hours a day at a computer, it's kind of become my new normal
