Chest pain when breathing

I received my results three days ago, and since then, I’ve been dealing with this intense pain in my lower left side. It feels like it's coming from my ovary or something similar, and it hurts constantly—even just taking a deep breath. This isn't just occasional cramping; the pain is steady and persistent.
What do you think this could be?

Look... whatever it is, nobody here can actually help you, even if someone on this forum happens to be a doctor.
You need to get to a gynecologist ASAP.
It could be anything: PMS, an ovarian infection, or maybe just random pain with no reason at all—I've dealt with something similar myself—but you have to see a doctor.

I mean, obviously I’ll go once the leaking stops. I actually just placed my order. I was just a little nervous, so I wanted to see if anyone else had dealt with similar pains first.
