This is awful... it comes in waves... feels like I'm in labor or something... right in the area just to the left of my bladder... these intense waves of pain...
Should I head to the ER right now or just try to hold out until morning?
Could this be a kidney stone?

Wait, what if it’s actually just appendicitis??!?!?

And nah, it’s not even that high... I'm heading to bed anyway, so we'll see what happens later.

Heh
The area to the left of the gallbladder isn't the appendix 😁
It’s possible you're dealing with kidney stones if that pain is radiating from your back toward your abdomen
Or it could be ovarian issues
It might be wise to head to the ER just to be safe...

Look, I get that... 😁

But here’s the thing... my doctor treated me for a urinary tract infection for my entire high school years before it finally turned out to be appendicitis.
I mean, seriously—it didn't occur to anyone that it could actually be the appendix... and then I ended up in the ER... and, uh, the doctor pressed down on one part of my abdomen (specifically the lower left side—even though the appendix is located on the lower right, if a doctor presses the left side at that same level and you feel that sharp, localized pain, it's a huge indicator of appendicitis😁), and I nearly screamed from the sheer agony. 😠
In the end, they had to perform surgery😠 and ever since then, I just can't handle any kind of physical discomfort. 🙏

Just go get an ultrasound from your local GP.

Good grief, I’m dealing with something similar... a bit of a recurring issue... pains just to the left of my bladder area that flare up for a few minutes and then vanish. Since I'm a guy, I won't be needing a gynecologist... haha...
I don't really pay much attention to it, assuming it'll just pass. It isn't constant, just pops up here and there before fading away. I have much bigger things on my plate right now, so this doesn't feel like a crisis... though maybe it should be, who knows...
Eh...

I mean, I honestly don't think you even need to sweat it... she probably just totally forgot about this whole thread, let alone that absolutely gut-wrenching pain 😉

Just a little heads-up for you—if those symptoms don't clear up, you're gonna have to see a urologist. And trust me, once you're sitting in that chair, you won't be laughing about being a man anymore.😈
