We're prioritizing our health too

I’ve got a holiday thread going here, if everyone else wants in 🙂 🙂

Hey there, my fellow health warriors—wishing you all a beautiful, cozy, and wonderful Christmas. I really hope you get to spend this time with your favorite people in the best way possible.

Looking ahead to the New Year and beyond:
to those struggling with illness, I truly hope you find healing,
to the families supporting them, I hope you find the strength to take care of yourselves while looking after your loved ones,
to anyone who needs professional help, I hope you find the courage to go out and get it,
to the folks coming on here to share advice, please keep being so kind and helpful... you guys are great
to the healthy ones, I hope you stay so well you don't even need a doctor
to those trying to lose weight... good luck with that goal 😁
and to the thin folks (who actually want to gain some weight), I hope you hit those goals too

And for anyone I missed, I wish you exactly what you need most right now 😁 😁 😁

ps: oh, and one more thing—to everyone who got annoyed with me this year, I hope the moderator next year is a little less intense 🙂
