Saw III

I mean, the first one was a solid concept; it wasn't exactly a cinematic masterpiece, but it definitely holds your attention enough to keep you watching rather than reaching for the remote.
The second installment? Honestly, it’s just bad, bad, bad—it’s barely watchable unless you’re constantly skipping through the filler parts to find something decent.
By the third part, I found myself just fast-forwarding through most of it while watching the trailer instead.
And now I'm hearing whispers about a fourth one being in the works... man, what on earth are they even trying to pull with this series?

The worst part about this whole thing is how those mindless sequels—which are basically just cash grabs, though even that's debatable!—slowly kill off a franchise's reputation. Like, take the original The Matrix, which was an absolute masterpiece, versus something like Rocky, which is genuinely a great film until you hit Rocky IV, which is probably the biggest pile of garbage ever put on screen (at least if you ask me). I thought the original SAW was incredible and a total blast, but with this one, I already know what’s coming—just more of the same recycled crap. And honestly? The mere thought of seeing Trešnjić or that total airhead Alibaba Alba show up in a fourth installment... UGH, absolutely nightmare fuel.

Is it actually any good? I’ll have to sit down and give it a watch. At the end of the day, blood is thicker than water, right? 😬

I wouldn't recommend it...
