I’ll take the heat over the freezing cold any day, so I’m doing alright... though I have to admit I’m feeling a bit drained. The heat makes it nearly impossible to get any decent rest—I don't usually drift off until about 2:00 AM, only to find myself wide awake again by 6:30...

This heatwave is absolutely brutal. I’ve had a splitting headache for three days straight, and honestly, I’m feeling so dizzy I feel like a total zombie 😲 . Summer is fine if you’re hanging out at the beach, but being stuck in the city is just miserable. In the winter, if it gets freezing, I can just layer up to stay warm, but right now? I feel like I could walk around in nothing at all and still be sweating. I’ll take a cold winter day with temperatures hitting 10 degrees any day over this.

This heat is wrecking me—sinus infection and a sore throat. Currently surviving on antibiotics and sheer exhaustion
Feeling a bit anxious too, which is expected when you're trapped in a concrete jungle miles away from the coast 124 miles 🙂

I haven’t been sleeping as deeply as usual lately. The heat makes it difficult to fall asleep, and I find myself waking up throughout the night. It isn't a major issue for me, though; I just make sure to keep a water bottle nearby to sip on. I am still hitting the gym regularly, and I haven't noticed any dip in my performance, especially since their ventilation and AC systems are top-notch.

I honestly can't stand him. I'll just pack up and move to Norway or maybe even Finland.

I’m just all swollen, exhausted, and totally out of it today

Honestly, I'm always like this 😁

I don't even know what to say... it's totally normal for me... and honestly? In a few months, we're probably gonna be crying because summer is over.

I love summer, but honestly, it’s getting harder and harder to deal with—especially on the health front. My biggest issue is my low blood pressure, particularly during these last few hellish days. I’m averaging about 85 over 50 lately. Being in air-conditioned spaces makes a massive difference, and luckily, I have AC both at work and at home. At this point, air conditioning isn't some luxury anymore; for some people, it's a literal lifesaver.

I absolutely love it. We don't even get the AC installed at the office until Monday, so we've just been scraping by with a single desk fan lately.
At home, I've got the AC cranking, but I have something even better... my POOL (it's a little 13 x 6 ft thing $50) 😍so I can survive the workday just by dreaming about diving straight into that water.
I've spent every single one of these scorching afternoons out there, and honestly, you don't even feel the heat when you're submerged... mmm... pure bliss.
Plus, I've already worked up a tan like I just got back from a trip to Miami 🙂

Man, this cooler weather is honestly such a blessing for my soul and body..
I’ve never been much of a heat person anyway.. especially with how brutal it's been this year.. I feel like I'm constantly nodding off and getting dizzy out of nowhere. The worst part is I can't even focus on studying because I'm just so wiped out 😠 👎
