It’s actually just one single last name, kind of like how you'd see Vukov-Colić.
Now I get it—we're dealing with "The Guy Who Has No First Name But Two Last Names" (shortened to TGHNFBTLN), or more accurately, "The Guy Whose First Name Is Also His Last Name" (TGHWFNIALN).
