Yeah, you do. At least that’s how it used to be...

Bešker is an absolute legend once he starts laughing at his own jokes. I remember during my exam, he spent twenty minutes cracking wise and still gave me a passing grade afterward. If we had more journalists like him, we wouldn't even need a 24-hour news cycle. Honestly, "objective journalism" is usually just a polite excuse for having no backbone...

You have to.

But seriously, don't sweat it, you'll find something else soon enough—they've got those Vespa in models out now.

stormyviper11 said:You can find them everywhere in local shops lately—honestly, they're all over the place. Almost any store that carries toys will have the whole series, ranging from those vintage early models to the newest ones on the market. Check out Nam, the box, Tintilinić, or even the Turbo grinders... or just hit up one of the big shopping malls. You'll definitely track some down; I've spotted them in plenty of spots myself (though it's been ages since I've wandered through the downtown shops, so I can't say for sure which specific ones in the city center still have stock). I actually picked up a sweet little green one for myself just a few months back...
I'm pretty sure Euro handles the imports, and they supply a lot of those independent newsstands and private Tobacco shops, so that's usually a solid bet.

The only thing you really need to watch out for is that there are several different Vespa models out there (the 50, the 125 ET4, the 125 T5, the 250, and so on...) coming from various manufacturers... So, it really comes down to which exact model you're hunting for and how specific you want to get with the version...

The older they get, the better they are, if you ask me...

1) The 'Jesus be the law' t-shirt
Every time I head out to, I don't know, a local grocery store or Target, I spot at least one person wearing that shirt. They’ve basically guaranteed that their customers will provide free advertising for years to come, right up until the fabric gives out. And honestly? They’re pretty good shirts.

Just to add to that, here is the best marketing move number two:

A shirt following the exact same logic, but with the slogan ISUS JE ZAKON

Man, the New York Post is the perfect example of subjective journalism where they just serve up pre-packaged facts for the masses to swallow. That's exactly why they're the biggest tabloid in the States.

Exactly. Now, just imagine if they were actually written by someone educated, tackling serious subject matter instead? You'd end up with something like Feral.

I’m totally with you on that. It’s like those movie reviews from one of those Heidlov critics—or maybe both of them, I can't quite recall—where they basically say, "Some people liked this movie, and some people didn't." Honestly, Wrong should just drop some of those deleted spider-web sentences in here; that’s probably the only comment worth reading. Half the reps around here won't even lend us their cars for testing anymore because they’re too offended that we don't write like everyone else—you know, obsessing over "ergonomically optimized controls" or "intuitive dashboard layouts"—instead of just messing around. My stuff is completely subjective, and honestly, the more subjective it is, the more I actually enjoy writing it. Can you find anything "objective" buried in there? Maybe, I guess... but that was never my intention in the first place.

😁 Thanks, though I’ll pass on that one.
That said—I am currently assembling a gang pack, so only time will tell... 😁

It's a PX150. Though I don't even have a MetroCard right now.😢

Nah, my brother was being born right then... 😬
Man, everything stayed pretty much the same all the way through the seventies... it was only after that when people really started losing their sense of style...

Aha, a picture. So, what are we looking at here—the new version or the old one?

stormyviper11 said:No, actually—my brother was born right around that time... 😬
Honestly, everything stayed pretty consistent right up through the seventies—it was only after that that people really started losing their sense of style.

Come on, now—it’s really not that big of a deal... 😉
To be perfectly honest, my loyalty ends right around the '76 or '77 era—that was the last time they produced a series that hadn't been completely smoothed over by modern manufacturing. Back then, those plastic parts were a necessary evil, plain and simple; you had to deal with them because finding a vintage Vespa in decent shape was nearly impossible at the time.

Oops... looks like we might need to call Houston... I did a little digging over on eBay and honestly, I'm not seeing that specific model anywhere. You can usually find about five or six different versions floating around here, most of them being New Ray, but I've got a bad feeling the PX150 isn't one of the ones they actually cover...

That specific model would be perfect since the person I want to gift this to actually owns a PX150.. but if I can't track it down, honestly, any other model will do just fine 🙂

Anyway, thanks to both of you 😘
