Let’s be honest, I wasn't even expecting us to make the finals. Lackovic and Pero were absolute liabilities throughout the whole tournament, aside from those one-off bright spots—Pero against the Danes and Lac against the Icelanders.

And Balic? He just can't get it together.

I have to say, Pero really let me down during this Euro Championship, both in terms of his actual play and his attitude toward the game. Way too much tension, way too much aimless wandering, and far too many mistakes. He basically handed over a dozen possessions on a silver platter.

But hey, props to the guys for pulling this off; for me, this was the championship game.
