ari peka nikkola said:A definitive list of everything I did yesterday instead of finishing those seven or eight cards I promised to turn in by the day before yesterday

1. Drank a beer at home
2. Decided I actually liked it—so I headed straight to the pub
3. Knocked back another four while I was there
4. Headed home and passed out....

🤣 😂
I truly admire this level of professional commitment to work, beer, and the seamless synergy between the two...

The editor says the piece is gold. 🙂

And that’s even with this paragraph tucked in later on:

Three-headed beast

No, that headline isn't a typo—sorry, I mean a typo. We weren't trying to write "star," we aren't the type to mix up our letters, though I won't deny that "pir" is always floating around in the back of my head...

To me, Zendaya sounds like some mutant beast made of yogurt and granola, moving all amoeba-like before attacking you with massive chunks of acidic fruit.

Have you been obsessing over food lately or something? 🤔
😁

Same here. 😢

There’s really no point wasting time or data on "classics," right?
Is there any dedicated punk geek on standby who can burn some CDs or DVDs? Maybe Kevin Chavez3?
I'll return the favor using my own gear or we can work out a deal. Shoot me a PM for the details.

I've got a decent amount of stuff here, while Nicholas Perez33 has the rest. Everything is packed in boxes right now, though, so once the move is over and I actually find the motivation to dig through it all... maybe then!

I know you have plenty. No need to rush it. It’s just easier knowing there’s a potential shortcut available.

History lesson no. 2: synth pop - new pop - 80s mashup 🎉 Total mainstream bait!

History lesson no. 3: art_school_white_boy_new_york_freak_funk_post_punk _rough_trade mess

That’s basically the gist of it.
Subject areas covered.
If anyone is interested in a trade, hit me up.

By the way, I totally forgot to mention yesterday—I've got a complete folder of Rod Stewart solo stuff (just not his work with The Faces). If a certain rock name ever pops into your head, just ask me first; there's a good chance I have it sitting here...

God, what kind of absolute mess of a CIA list did I put together yesterday!? 😬
Poor Broadway.

The Velvet Underground
Washing Machine
Sonic Nurse
Broadway
Goo
Dirty
NYC Ghosts & Flowers
Experimental Jet Set, Trash and no Star

This feels much more right. Broadway is finally rising up. Honestly, I might actually give NYC Ghosts & Flowers a third chance.

But look, what we have here is just a corporate version of a DGC list, basically what happened after the CIA tore up the Declaration of Independence.

Top 5 things I definitely didn't need at last night's party

1. Some seriously questionable shots 🤮
2. Accidentally stumbling into... the wrong room 😬 🙂
3. Trying to switch drink types mid-way through the night
4. Pairing heavy red wine with tiramisu (though, honestly, it was actually pretty good)
5. Heading home way too early

Hey 👍

If you're looking for the two best types of batter that actually taste good raw:

1. pancake mix 😍
2. puff pastry
3. crepe batter ☕
4. pretty much everything else

Sometimes I honestly wonder why we even bother cooking them at all, don't you? 🤔
