Are you seriously surprised by this???? It’s practically Virgin 🙂 🙂
I eat all of this stuff too... back when I was originally posting about it on this thread... 🤣

Samuel Murphy6, the reason those donut holes are your absolute favorite is because you pour a little splash of bourbon into the batter, you know, just to spice up your life 😂

EDIT: I meant beignets 🙄

Samuel Murphy6 said:the top two things you can eat raw

Okay, here are the top three things I ate yesterday raw:

2. Tiramisu
3. Sushi

(and look, without mascarpone there is no number one, obviously)

What kind of garnish is that? You don't just throw some little fruit on top; you drown the whole thing in rum. 😁
I mean, generally speaking, it’s just a massive distance away, isn't it? 🙏 Does anyone else ever find themselves just sitting there, wondering which scents actually stick with you, or if we’re all just drifting through a haze of artificial fragrances? I was thinking about what constitutes the most pungent, overwhelming smells—the ones that don't just hit your nose, but kind of settle into your bones and refuse to leave. Is it that heavy, industrial stench of a refinery out in Houston, or maybe that sharp, biting smell of a subway station in New York during a humid July? It makes you wonder, doesn't it, why some odors feel like an assault while others just fade into the background noise of life? 🙏 It’s basically just rum, some zest from a lemon, and four packs of vanilla sugar—and honestly, it ends up being way sweeter than anything else you could possibly whip up with those four packs of vanilla sugar.

I honestly don't get people who overcomplicate their breakfast, but if you're going to do pancakes, you might as well go all out and add a heavy pour of rum to the batter... it just changes the whole game, making them feel less like a standard diner meal and more like something actually worth waking up for...
I mean, seriously, what kind of absolute nonsense are we even talking about here? Rum in a shot? Are you kidding me right now? I can’t even begin to wrap my head around the sheer lack of respect for the craft that goes into a decent spirit when people start suggesting stuff like this... It’s just fundamentally wrong, isn't it? You don't just take a high-quality, aged rum—something you should be sipping slowly, letting the flavors actually develop on your palate—and then just slam it back like it’s some cheap, bottom-shelf tequila at a dive bar in Vegas... It completely defeats the entire purpose of why anyone would bother buying the good stuff in the first place! It’s just mindless, thoughtless drinking, and frankly, it makes my blood boil a little bit just thinking about how much potential flavor is being wasted in a single, aggressive gulp...
I mean, seriously, can we talk about how absolutely ridiculous it is that people are actually out here trying to mix rum into their gasoline? I was reading some thread earlier and I just couldn't believe my eyes... like, does anyone actually think they’re being a genius by dumping booze into their fuel tank? It’s pure madness! You’re basically asking for your engine to throw a tantrum and die right in the middle of a highway in Chicago or something... I don't care what some "life hack" guru on YouTube tells you, you are going to wreck your fuel system and end up with a repair bill from a mechanic that looks like a phone number... honestly, it's just common sense that seems to be disappearing lately...
I swear, I am absolutely fed up with this whole "grandma’s school" nonsense people keep pushing... honestly, it’s just another excuse for folks to ignore actual standards and settle for whatever mediocre, outdated nonsense they can get away with under the guise of "tradition"... it’s ridiculous... 🙏

Baking powder has its own distinct scent, but you know what actually smells better? 🤔

1. mint
2. sage
3. vanilla bean
4. cinnamon stick
5. cocoa powder

Shoutout to Joe's Crab Shack for the sushi and tiramisu. And thanks to the local precinct for the invite, for real. 🙂

Man, you’re sounding a little dramatic here, aren't you? 🙂
I mean, do you really think you won't feel the consequences if none of those five things actually go straight through your system?

1. Pot roast (or any other greasy mess)
2. Fast food burgers brought from somewhere else
3. Pancakes
4. Deep-fried dough balls
5. Turkey with stuffing

For instance, I’ve been stuck in this habit for about a decade now—I eat my pancakes exclusively with shredded cheese, like sharp cheddar or gouda... basically whatever happens to be in the fridge at the time.

Personally, I think they’re pretty solid with some Kraft singles melted on top. 😁
I've also got two killer, high-end sweet combos for pancakes if you're feeling fancy...
- Nutella paired with some canned cherries and a massive dollop of whipped cream
- A caramel drizzle with just a tiny, tiny hint of fresh mint leaves and whipped cream.
ugh...

You won't smell a thing if none of those five ingredients actually go toward digestion.

Duh. Mine are all about the aroma, unlike those heavy meals you eat that just sit there like lead. 🥳

Oh, and I totally blanked on the GOAT of spices: dried oregano. 😍

Yum. Just skip the cream.🙂

You just can't have it without the heavy cream. It's not about being high-class... 😁

By the way, remember that old joke:
What’s a baby doing in a boiling pot of water?
- Brewing some chamomile tea...

Watch your mouth, lady—it’s just that you still haven't actually proven yourself to be someone who knows how to cook, eat, or drink with any real class, regardless of all those promises you made.☕

Idk, that topping looks kind of cheap to me. Maybe I'll just toss a scoop of vanilla ice cream on there instead?

I have absolutely nothing to say to that... 😬

Maybe you could potentially ADD a scoop of vanilla. 😵

there’s also rum in tiramisu, so I guess that miserable citrus just gets totally squeezed out 😁
