That movie aired twice on TV—it was even on two different networks! 😵 And yet, I somehow managed to miss both showings... I didn't even record it

That's too bad... I was watching it but forgot to hit record. Hopefully they'll air it again sometime soon.

It’s actually great... and of course it is, since it's Lasse Hallström.

Hands down, this is DiCaprio's best performance yet... at least if you ask me. Absolutely top-tier! It’s such a shame he didn't walk away with the Oscar for this one.
The entire movie is fantastic and beautifully made, but honestly, Leo just steals the show!

To felt like such overacting to me; there was absolutely no way he deserved an Oscar for it. Honestly, neither did Tommy Lee Jones—who is still incredible in The Fugitive, don't get me wrong—but he took it home that year anyway. It’s like how Ralph Fiennes was robbed for Schindler's List, just like how Pacino for The Godfather 2 never stood a chance. That performance was unforgettable, and it's just more proof that the Oscars can be a total joke sometimes.
