Telehealth services: Any good ones?

My old man just got hit with two completely different opinions from two different doctors. They’re suggesting two totally different treatment plans, so now I'm looking for a cardiologist—specifically someone who deals with hypertension—who offers online consultations or advice. We need a third opinion to clear up this mess. I noticed the folks over at Pfizer haven't been responding to questions lately...
