Yeah, sure... it's probably my diet, right?😢

Joe Biden, I've been living on nothing but deli sandwiches lately—I haven't touched a piece of fruit in forever.😵

But honestly, who's actually gonna fix that?😵

Just take some multivitamins. And get some sleep.🙂

It’s not about ego... I only mentioned getting up to go to the bathroom because, you know, there's this intense pressure when I move... nothing else.
Even just sitting here, things feel like they're "snapping" and my head starts spinning.

Geez...

No clue about blood pressure. It used to be fine... I think. At least, I assume it was.

Well, why aren't you eating or sleeping?😕

🤣

I actually do sleep, though I usually head to bed by 11:00 PM because of my civilian job😲 😵
And I eat, technically, though it’s mostly junk and honestly not nearly enough volume.

If you want to know what my diet actually looks like on a typical day:

I get up at 7:00 AM, grab a Gatorade by 8:00, and then commute to work to make it there by 9:00.

Around 10:00 or 10:30, I grab something to eat, but since I'm on the move, it's nothing but fast food garbage.

Then I wrap things up around 3:00 or 3:30, get home by 4:00, and I'm still hungry.

There's usually nothing prepared for dinner at home because my mom hasn't had the time to whip anything up, so I just throw together a sandwich and call it a day.

I head out for a run around 7:30 PM.

After that, I'll have maybe two more sandwiches🤣 and that’s pretty much the extent of it.

Then it's off to bed at 11:00.

In any case, you really ought to start eating cooked meals instead 😳

Well, I get that... though usually I just eat out on the weekends or grab something whenever my mom has the extra time to whip something up a day in advance.

And no, there is absolutely no way I’m standing over a stove cooking for myself at 6 PM.😬

Hey,

Look, speaking from experience, you can't keep living like this forever (and expect to stay even remotely healthy).
Sooner or later, you’ve got to learn how to actually take care of yourself—meaning cooking for yourself and watching what you eat. Once your health hits the wall, and the symptoms get loud enough for you to actually notice, it’s usually way too late to just "lifestyle change" your way back to normal.

Our bodies need a steady supply of everything on a daily or weekly basis—proteins, carbs, vitamins, minerals, sodium, magnesium, potassium, pH balance, all that good stuff, even trace elements and metals. It all needs to be balanced.

If you want to start feeling better immediately, focus on vegetables. If you don't have time to cook a full meal, at least make a veggie broth using big chunks of produce (so you don't boil away all the nutrients). If you're truly running on empty, grab some grapefruit and toss it in a blender (most people have one sitting in a cabinet gathering dust 😁 ) and just drink the juice.

That was a total lifesaver for me. I felt an instant boost, and after a month, my appetite for fruit just came back out of nowhere. I started having grapefruit juice and a few oranges every morning, and things just kept looking up.
Your body starts craving what it needs, and suddenly you'll actually want cooked veggies, milk, grains, etc.

But man, that feeling of burning the candle at both ends, working yourself to death while living on nothing but sandwiches and feeling totally wiped... I hope you never have to go through that again!

So yeah, start with some basic veggie juice.

Take it easy (sorry for the long rant) 👋

Dammit Dana Allen3, people only start valuing their health once it's already gone.😢

Don't wait. At least start with some fruit.

See the post above.👍

Don't just sit there waiting around—start with something simple, like eating actual fruit for once...

Check the post above 👍

Honestly, if he’s really too lazy to eat, he should just go grab a Welch's juice box and call it a day.👍

I’d suggest the fruit juice route if he lived somewhere where they actually squeeze fresh fruit on-site instead of mass-producing it.👍

But since everything here is just industrial sludge, neither Welch's nor Tropicana is going to save him.😳

Honestly, any juice is better than nothing at all. Personally, I'm a fan of the Minute Maid orange and red grapefruit blends.👍

Of course he's drinking 👍 Gatorade 😳

But he really ought to focus more on eating cooked meals and vegetables.👍

So, this was happening to my buddy over at the office...
mini strokes before one big one hit him...

Turns out I’m actually terrified... but seriously, just go see a doctor...
As for the gambling habit, there are plenty of casinos for that.

Yeah, that’s basically what I was getting at, I just couldn't wrap it up concisely. 👍

Not really, though. If you actually bother to read the label, most of those juices are basically 5% fruit—the leftover scraps that were too bruised or rotten to even hit the shelves—mixed with emulsifiers, artificial colors, fake flavors, and a whole lot of other chemical nonsense.

Do you honestly think anyone is out there squeezing fresh mangoes to make mango, papaya, or kiwi blends?

Plus, they're loaded with sugar or artificial sweeteners, so it’s ACTUALLY better to just stick to plain old H2O from the tap than to touch those drinks.

Just my two cents.

I'll dive into how they even define "peach flavor" in something like Lipton Ice Tea in the next post. 😉

It isn't even a matter of being too lazy to eat fruit, really.

I don't mind vegetables, but fruit isn't quite my thing.

Though I can't seem to recall what I was getting at, damn.

I honestly don't care about those sugary sodas everyone else seems obsessed with, because I’ve been drinking way more Vitaminwater than I probably should.

I'm talking at least a liter a day, though if I'm being honest, I usually end up knocking back closer to two and a half liters.

Forget the Gatorade, just eat already. 😠

Vegetables and home-cooked meals. 😳 How many times does this need to be spelled out before someone actually does it? 😳 I'm ready; fingers are poised. 😳 😛
