But this guy? Now heโ€™s a real professional. Calm, well-off, actually has his life together... โ˜•

I honestly doubt it's a Flat-Coated Retriever, assuming that was even what they were aiming for.

Look, some of them can be absolute garbage, but you really have to try that oneโ€”what was it called? That weirdly named one from the old settlement? The chicken is incredible, honestly life-changing. I grabbed some last Sunday near the downtown area, and man, once you taste it, you just get it.

I gave it a shot today, and honestly, I couldn't even break the ice with them.

Don't even bother.
Just five tiny pieces of chicken on a totally mediocre crust. Served with corn ๐Ÿ˜ฒ

If you're calling it in, the go-to pizza place is obviously going to stay Pizza Hut. ๐Ÿ˜

1. Pretty much every stand-up comic
2. Bob Saget
3. Those cheesy New Year's Eve variety shows from when I was a kid... ๐Ÿ˜
4. Mirko Fodor
5. Al Bundy

The irony? The greatest stand-up everโ€”Bill Hicksโ€”would probably drive you into a deep depression before he actually made you laugh... but I guess thatโ€™s just part of his genius.

Look, the dog definitely has brainsโ€”it's got spirit! My only real concern is that white patch on its belly... honestly, that shouldn't be there. ๐Ÿ˜

All these pups are gorgeous. Even boldscout72's looks greatโ€”doesn't even smell, for once.

What's wrong with dirty South turbo-pop?๐Ÿ˜•

Go ahead thenโ€”be a dear and explain to us exactly what "sterile white fusion" is supposed to mean.

Go aheadโ€”give us your brilliant explanation of what exactly constitutes this "sterile white fusion" you're talking about.

The problem is that itโ€™s just plain inferior to the old-school legends...
Sterile fusion? You mean guys like Rybdal, Metheny, or Frisell...
If you're a fusion fanatic, then let's not even bother arguingโ€”I have zero interest in a one-sided debate fueled by Dream Theater fans. ๐Ÿ™‚

(I'll just stick to quoting those guys from the record store who claim "it's all just elevator music." ๐Ÿ™‚)

Sterile fusion? I'm talking Rypdal, Metheny, Frisell, and that whole crowd...
If you're a fusion fanatic... then there's no point in debating this. I won't engage in my usual one-sided, Dream Theater-style argument. ๐Ÿ™‚

(I'll just quote my colleagues from that "lift music for snobs" discotheque ๐Ÿ™‚)

Regarding Sapcu, I was thinking more along the lines of whether there's any actual good country-pop out there. When it comes to fusion, I got nervous because we're talking about legends like Zawinul, Pastorius, McLaughlin, or Corea. Though, I do enjoy the fusion styles of Frisell and Costello.

My absolute favorite towels:

1. This red one from Levellersโ€”straight up takes the number one spot on my list, just like FGTH! ๐Ÿ˜ฒ It goes for 17 bucks on their site, so I basically snagged mine for half off,

image

2. That spa trip vibeโ€”my friend from Bihaฤ‡ came to visit me out on Maui, and she was sweet enough to gift this to me (said she had two). Total old-school nostalgia... makes me feel like baba Papuลกka in "How I Was Systematically Destroyed by Idiots."

3. Los Angeles Dodgersโ€”picked this up when I first moved to New York City. I was only 11, so it meant a lot back then. Got it at the Los Angeles Dodgers shop in the Oktogon. Honestly, I don't even care about soccer or the team anymore, but the towel is still special to me.

4. A tiny little thing with a penguin on an ice floeโ€”I used that one all through elementary school. Still got it lying around somewhere.

5. A big blue beach towel with a motocross rider mid-jump. My brother found it at some caves, covered in resin and looking rough, but he brought it home anyway and cleaned it up...

1. That big pink Hello Kitty oneโ€”perfect for the beach.
2. A small light blue Hello Kitty one, strictly for the gym.
3. An even smaller version of the light blue Hello Kitty one.
4. Just a plain peach-colored one I picked up at Target.
5. One from my buddy Ivan back in Athens, and honestly? Itโ€™s still dirty.๐Ÿ˜

Look, thereโ€™s actually a thing called the official Levellers website, and it has photos of all the merch they sell at shows. Works just fine on both sides of the Mississippi River...

My top ten comics

Valiant (totally seamless), just the stuff by Hal, though I think Murphy sucks
Corto Maltese
Axel Moonshine, also known as Aster Blistok
Jeremiah and basically everything else by Hermann
Blueberry and pretty much anything from Mobius
Torpedo
Modesty Blaise (definitely the ultimate babe)
Rank Xerox
Conan - must be Buscema to be an Eye candy Spiderman
Spiderman

It's a bit of a mess down there, but Valiant is definitely number one for me
