I'm not really familiar with Sisavca, to be honest.
Is a galago basically just a little lemur?

The galago is this tiny nocturnal primate—think of them as little night monkeys. They’re somewhat similar to lemurs, though you won't actually find lemurs out in Madagascar.

Then you have the slow loris, which is arguably the most hardcore little creature out there—another small primate, but hailing from Asia. These guys don't have tails, and they've got this unique setup where one finger on each paw is positioned on the opposite side, specifically designed for gripping branches. Much like the galago, they sleep during the day and hunt at night, though they move incredibly slowly—honestly, they give sloths a run for their money.

I just had a sudden thought about that one animal from the wildlife documentary -> oh man, his name was Aj Aj and he was absolutely adorable. Apparently, they have those same ones over in Madagascar too, but I can't seem to find a single picture of what a slow loris actually looks like

🤣
I was actually trying variations like "slow loris," "slow lorys," and even looking up the Latin name just to be thorough.

How's it going?

When are you hitting NYC? We should head over to see those bikers settle their score at the pool hall—SS 7. vs. SS 13. 🙂

Wombats rule.

Yes—wombats definitely rule!
I didn't even think of him until much later, and I completely blanked on the raccoon, the possum, or that weird little African creature too.

I was just flipping through The New York Times☕

An article about Kuno-ps... Honestly, I think it’s getting way too little attention.😉

Look, I’ll admit—anteaters are pretty cool, but let's be real, they aren't exactly winning any Nobel Prizes for intelligence.

They actually have the lowest body temperature of all warm-blooded animals—which is their way of conserving energy, I suppose—but clearly, that doesn't exactly help with their cognitive functions. And once they've had a big meal? They basically just shut down. They'll find a spot on the ground, curl up under that massive tail of theirs to stay out of the sun, and just... freeze. It's like they go into a total state of hibernation right then and there.

Hold on, I'm getting the vibe from your tone that you might be looking at this as a bad thing?😁
