Clearly, you weren't looking closely enough.

What, can't handle the truth?
Believe what you want. You either feel it or you don't. No need for a visual aid.

I’ve got a question for the more experienced lifters out there. I’m naturally pretty muscular and have a solid build, but I’m definitely carrying some extra weight right now.

I'm wondering if it's actually worth buying one of those all-in-one multi-gym machines you see everywhere at Dick's Sporting Goods.
Is it smarter to just hit the weights at home whenever I can find the time, or should I be making the trip to a local gym?

People hit up the gym for the social scene and to pick up tips from the pros
plus, being actually in the gym just hits different when it comes to motivation—you’re already there, so you might as well get it done.

In your opinion, what makes more sense: working out at home whenever I can find the time, or making the trek to a commercial gym?

If you want muscle, hit the weights (anaerobic training).
If you want to drop pounds, go for running, cycling, the elliptical, or anything aerobic.
For the absolute best results? You really need to do both.

If you actually want to see some results—and I mean real ones—you gotta hit the gym, get some cardio in, and actually eat right. It's not rocket science, people.👍 Let's get it!!!!

I can't speak to the elasticity part, but personally, I don't find Black skin particularly beautiful; it tends to be pretty coarse and textured on the face—kind of like having acne-prone skin—and it often looks uneven or lacks that smooth, fine finish. Plus, they're medically more prone to hyperpigmentation, and honestly, some Black women deal with some seriously intense cellulite.
But it's a total fact that they tend to have more muscular builds, and most Black or multiracial women naturally carry more muscle than White women, especially when it comes to having those stronger thighs and glutes, which obviously look even tighter if they put in even a little bit of work at the gym.

It tends to be coarse and uneven on the face, almost like texture issues you see with certain other ethnicities, and it often looks unrefined rather than smooth. Plus, there's a medical tendency toward hyperpigmentation. And let's not even get started on the cellulite—it can be pretty intense.
That said, it’s true they tend to have more muscular builds, and many Black or mixed-race women naturally possess more muscle mass than white women. For instance, most have stronger thighs and glutes—especially if they actually bother to maintain some muscle tone to look tighter.

Black people are actually gorgeous. Everyone lives in this delusion thinking everyone looks like they stepped out of a music video—but that's just been manufactured through movies and shady marketing. Because of that, fit white bodies are actually way more obvious now, so people just don't notice them anymore.

Just for comparison, pay attention next time you're watching a documentary filmed in the USA—you'll notice those stunning Black women who are curvy but still look incredibly toned.
