I honestly feel you’re getting a bit carried away with this whole "most undeserving" list and those Academy Awards. 😉
Is this even the right thread? Is it the twentieth one already? 😁

My vote goes to Denzel Washington, though not because his performance was lacking; rather, it’s because I found Russell Crowe's portrayal in A Beautiful Mind to be absolutely brilliant.

I agree. Russell should have taken home the Academy Award for that performance, not just for Gladiator.

I’m not quite sure why Geoffrey Rush was included in this poll? Is this just a chronological list, or does the OP actually believe Rush is a subpar actor?
If it's because of his other work, then someone clearly hasn't studied his filmography. The man is an absolute legend working in the shadows.
You absolutely have to watch The Adventures of Baron Munchausen

It seems fairly self-evident that the list is organized by year, specifically covering the last decade. That is likely the reason those specific years were chosen.

Jack Nicholson hasn't been on screen in quite a while. Does anyone know if he’s working on anything new?

Man, tough call... regardless of who you like, I feel like everyone in these movies delivered exactly what was asked of them. My pick? Probably Nicolas Cage, just because I can't stand the guy. 😳 😁

Why did we see twice the turnout for the "Most Undeserving Oscar Winner" poll compared to this one? Is everyone here actually satisfied with the picks, or are men just more interesting to talk about?😕
