IT'S race Week !!! United States Grand Prix Indianapolis Motor Speedway 03.20.2022

I was ready to write off Ferrari the second they unveiled the car—it just didn't sit right with me from the start.
I’ve definitely gotten older—and, honestly, I've gone completely downhill.

Bottas is going to be lined up right next to his former teammate tomorrow without any team orders. Hehe

Let’s go, Ferrari. I am truly looking forward to tomorrow's race...

And honestly, the camera work is easily the worst I have ever seen.

Honestly, it’s pretty noticeable because you're constantly being distracted by the zoom, so you can't actually see what's happening on track. In a sport where thousandths of a second matter so much, it's frustrating when they don't even show the full car.

Has it really been this bad since the start of the season? I don't recall things being quite this lackluster in previous years.

It just feels like things get worse with every single season. They spend half the lap zoomed in way too tight. It’s probably some clause in their contracts requiring sponsors to get a certain percentage of screen time.

I just hope they dial it back during the actual race because of the changing dynamics. Right now, they can just lock onto one car for a lap, but once the race starts and everything is moving, there's no way they can track one car for an entire lap while staying zoomed in like this.

It truly pains me to think about how masterfully the Ferrari pit wall will mismanage things tomorrow…

Both Ferrari and Red Bull showed serious one-lap pace today. It’s honestly hard to say who had the upper hand, but I have to give credit where it's due—huge props to Leclerc.

Lewis isn't quite there yet, but I think he really squeezed every bit of performance out of that car. He might have even found an extra tenth or two that the pit wall wasn't even expecting.

Both cars are equally solid right now. At this point, it all comes down to the driver—one tiny mistake in a corner and you're losing time instantly. This is going to be a hell of a race 👋. You've got three cars within a tenth of a second; a single blink and the gap changes.

It's been a minute since we've seen them look this good.

Max Verstappen says the tires are going to be the big issue during the race. Anything can happen tomorrow; there's even a chance Mercedes could jump in and snag a podium if they nail their strategy.

I’m honestly so happy for Haas. I’ve always had a soft spot for them—they’re just chaotic and messy in the best way possible, but they're super likeable. Especially now that Mazepin is gone. They'll probably get screwed over by reliability issues again, though. 🤣

Charles managed to break his marker by scribbling all over the concrete. I think I might try that myself next time. 🙏

It could be a massive season. Two teams performing at the same level, and I wouldn't be surprised if Mercedes gets their act together too. We might finally see a season where it actually depends on the drivers rather than just the machinery.

The big question for tomorrow is this: how exactly is Ferrari going to mess up the race?

a) They’ll nail the pit stop timing all wrong because they’re terrified of an undercut from Hamilton or Checo.

b) The crew will screw something up during a tire change.

c) They'll get too aggressive in Turn 1 and let Max blow right past them.

d) They'll come up with some other ridiculous strategy on the fly.
