He probably would have made it too if he hadn't slipped in the corner. They just showed the replay a second ago.

I don't think they're faking it... their car bounces way too much to actually threaten Red Bull or Ferrari...

Why is Mercedes running on used tires? Is this a total surrender? Are they just refusing to burn through a fresh set?
