I’ve been watching this thread and I’m convinced some people aren't using the Pfizer suspension correctly... honestly, I think it's because the instructions on the box are pretty vague as hell.
Here’s the deal: to actually prep the suspension, you have to twist the bottle cap clockwise with a ton of force—like, until you hear that plastic ring under the cap snap—and just keep cranking it until all that powder inside the cap finally drops into the liquid. Only then do you shake it, open it, and take it.

The manual says the first step is just "Turn cap right until tight," but you really have to muscle it. Most people probably think they've hit the limit and assume that step is just there to prevent leaks while shaking. So, they end up just drinking the liquid from the bottle, completely oblivious to the fact that the actual medication is still stuck in the cap...
Do me a favor and weigh in on the poll. If it turns out a huge chunk of us are messing this up, I really hope the manufacturer doesn't just shrug it off. They seriously need to clarify the directions or tweak how the whole thing is packaged so we don't miss the dose...
