Ryan Adams is honestly incredible, I’ve got two of his CDs and they are absolute fire, especially tracks like Firecracker, Tennessee Sucks, Rescue Blues, and that Hank Williams cover called Lonesome Blues... the guy is just such a vibe, and I actually heard this one story about Ryan and Bryan Adams where some idiot showed up to a Ryan Adams gig thinking he was seeing Bryan, and the guy keeps acting like a total moron asking when Bryan is gonna come out on stage, so Ryan just straight up stopped the whole show and had him kicked out, and of course, he gave the guy his money back for the ticket... I don't know if the story is 100% true, but if it is, that guy is a total legend

The best thing Ryan ever did was spark that fire in Elton John to finally start putting out decent records again.

It’s reached a point of pure desperation listening to Elton thank everyone for "inspiration." He’s thanked Coldplay, The Killers, Rufus Wainwright, Collective Soul, and countless others. Let’s be realistic: Elton was churning out top-tier albums long before Ryan Adams even considered picking up a guitar. Why don't you go listen to Made in USA from 1995? It might help you stop parroting whatever nonsense you scraped from Saleta (Dragaš) over at The New York Times—who clearly acts like a stiff twenty-eight-year-old taking every single word on a CD cover or every syllable Elton utters as gospel. Honestly, Elton probably doesn't even know what he's saying anymore; the man's nerves are shot. You’re just repeating yourself constantly, while I keep telling you that you're bluffing about something you haven't even heard. Go spend some time online, check out the Elton fan message boards, or just browse the reviews on Amazon.com. Maybe then you'll realize that alongside Too Low for Zero, albums like Sleeping with the Past, The One, and Made in USA represent the absolute peak of his post-70s creativity.

I don't know who designed his website, but honestly, it’s a total disaster. It makes zero sense 🙂, though maybe he actually wants it to look this crazy—who knows.
Anyway, moving on, Ryan has always flirted with punk, hardcore, and stuff like that just as a fan. The guy listens to and loves Black Flag... he's pretty smart about it. Basically, he recently uploaded 36 of his tracks to the site, which I'd call fairly lucid works. Most of them are about a minute long and there's a bit of everything, including some seriously good punk 🙏. Personally, I'm hoping he releases more of a raw, gritty punk album soon, something I've been looking forward to for years. Some of these might sound like garbage at first, but I guess you should at least try listening to the first ten

I’m late to the party by like ten years, but I finally got hooked. That's what being young is all about... I listened to his stuff a hundred times in just two days, constantly spinning Gold and Heartbreaker. Then I started diving into Whiskeytown and Cardinalsa... 😍 Personally, I love 🙂

Demolition, Love is Hell, and I Rock n Roll are basically the only weak spots in his discography. The real catch with Ryan Adams is that there are about fifteen unreleased albums floating around out there that are absolutely stellar. If you want my top recommendation, you have to check out ''Suicide Notebook''; it was originally intended to be the successor to ''Heartbreaker'', but the label shot it down because they thought it was just too depressing. 😁

His setlists usually run over three hours long, so honestly, it’s totally worth the ticket price.
I'm obsessed with the new tracks 'Do you still love me?', 'Doomsday', and 'Shiver and Shake', though the whole album is pretty stellar.
