Take a look at the comments under this news about Madeleine Albright's passing

I don't think you'll find even 50% Americans in this thread...

Sure, if it’s got two wheels and a chain that actually turns, you’ve got a bike, but the real question is whether you’re actually getting anything decent for your money.
At the $450 price point, finding something brand new that isn't just a collection of cheap, disposable components is a losing game, so if I were you, I’d stick to Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace where you can actually get some value for your cash. 🙂
Personally, I think those bottom-of-the-barrel bikes with the 3x7 drivetrains and cheap front suspension are a total waste of money. They don't offer any real advantage over a rigid bike; you're basically just hauling extra weight around for no reason. And if you actually try to take them off-road, that budget suspension won't do much besides rattle your teeth before inevitably falling apart.
Something like this —without the front fork and with a solid 1x8 drivetrain—would be more than enough for most people. It's not much more than $167 in terms of cost difference, but on paper, it’s a way better investment.

p.s. I forgot to mention the gears. With a 3x7 setup, sure, you technically have more options, but most people don't actually bother shifting constantly. It’s a hassle to keep track of which gear you're in, so you end up riding in the middle cog about 95% of the time anyway. Plus, since most people don't maintain their bikes regularly, the derailleurs get finicky and the chains get worn out, making shifting even more of a headache. A 1x system is just much simpler for the average rider and covers all the bases you need for daily commuting.

To my mind, there will always be a sacred duo: Badjunko and Bad Boy. Everyone else simply isn't in their league.

Bad Boy really should have been the one getting the special recognition—not those two idiots Duspara and Pintarić, or that annoying guy Hambi.

Seriously, Pintarić, can you get any more ridiculous? 🤣 That neckbeard of his is just too much! 🙏🤣

Forget about those little white kids... honestly, when babies are born, they tend to focus on a few specific colors—usually red, white, blue, or yellow... and since we've got enough Yankees logos scattered all over this neighborhood and the rest of the city, I’d say that problem is already solved... so there's no "but, but, honey" excuses here... 😂 🙂

Honestly, seeing how the other guy reacted to this video, I can't tell who's actually crazier—them, or me for laughing my head off and totally backing whatever madness they just pulled off 🤣🤣

Speaking of kids, I had a bit of a realization with my little one recently: apparently, children's medicine hasn't improved one bit since I was a kid. It’s still just as revolting.
I mean, look at us. We’re launching rockets into space, hitting targets with hyper-velocity projectiles, we have Facebook, and we can develop vaccines for the entire planet overnight. Yet, somehow, the one constant in this universe is that certain teams will always find a way to miss first place, and we still haven't figured out how to make a syrup that doesn't make a toddler gag the second you bring a spoon near their face...

It would be even better if they actually liked him enough to start stealing him right out of the fridge.
Just forget about the constant crime over at 128 Maksimir Street. ☕

Honestly, I've grown quite tired of them. Their constant weeping over things like 9/11 just seems to trigger a bit of a backlash.

We have Facebook 🙏

The whole point of those syrups is to be as natural and healthy as possible, right? And let's face it, nature doesn't change just because we have space tech and social media 🤷

What do you mean "which ones"? There are some with fruit flavors that might actually pass, but yeah, there are plenty of nasty ones out there. But honestly, in my experience, those syrups are mostly a scam and pretty much useless.

By the way, I'm currently in the middle of a total disaster zone: first, my youngest hurt her leg at daycare—stayed home for a week—then she goes back to school and two days later brings home some stomach bug or Norovirus or whatever. For those without kids, let me describe how this always starts... it's always in the middle of the night. You go to bed feeling fine, then suddenly, in the dead of night, you hear that sound of someone splashing/vomiting. And then it happens again and again over the next few hours.
And for my part, it triggers a chain reaction where everyone else in the house gets sick within 48 hours. Unlike the kids, adults—like me and my wife—just end up half-dead a day after it hits.
But wait, there's more—just as the youngest started puking, the older one picked up COVID at school. That's the second round of COVID in two months. So while the first one was still fighting it off with a fever hitting 102—which barely even counts as a fever if you ask me—now the younger one has it too. Her routine fevers usually sit right between 104 and 105.

The absolute highlight was that statement from Vucicev: "Wait, who exactly were we even attacking back in '99 that caused NATO to bomb us?!"

It isn't just an individual personality issue; we're looking at a full-blown societal narcissistic disorder.

History only begins whenever it suits the narcissists...

It’s always a predictable pattern: you see a pro-Ukraine comment under an article from one of our major news outlets, and immediately, a swarm of fake accounts and Mexicans starts gathering in the replies. It’s even more infuriating when some drunk shepherd from Valjevo tries to lecture you from his high horse about how you've been indoctrinated or how the media is lying to you. 🤣

It seems those same old extremists have found their way onto LinkedIn too, quite coldly.

It honestly frustrates me that a professional networking site has to be dragged down like this; one would think people would maintain a certain level of decorum. They spend all their time weeping over the conflicts of the late nineties, acting as if they were some kind of celestial warrior nation. Yet, when they were actively sowing chaos and terror back then, they never once paused to consider the human cost to everyone else.

To make matters worse, you see our own crowd hitting the like button, which is just baffling. They wrap themselves up in such polished, hypocritical packages—acting deeply concerned about the war in Ukraine, yet turning a blind eye whenever the West points out our own hypocrisy. Honestly, give me a break. You’ve left scars across the landscape from the Midwest all the way through eastern Canada that will take generations to heal.

Over at the Zion workshop, we’ve spent months crafting an audiobook for the first book in our debut trilogy. While we designed this primarily for the visually impaired, it’s also perfect for anyone who prefers listening over reading. This isn't just a simple job of reading text aloud. NO, this production is packed with immersive sound effects, professional narration, and the perfect musical score to set the mood. If you close your eyes and let URAHAN sweep you away into its world, it truly feels like watching a movie. Coming soon—just hang tight for a little longer.

Poor Ginger still sitting around waiting for that print edition to actually hit the shelves... what a joke...

When he goes out on a limb and says that publicly... I'm gonna rip his head clean off and shove it down his throat just to show him exactly how much trouble he's in... yeah... things are gonna get real messy...

Rotavirus—nothing says "family fun" like this crap.😁😁
And you know how it goes, it’s always accompanied by a toothache that kicks in right when you're trying to sleep...

My wife and the little one had the flu earlier this year, so yeah, don't even get me started on how much this sucks.😂

Isn't it ironic when the same crowd that was out there throwing flowers at tanks rolling into a besieged city starts weeping after just ten days of shelling? 🤣

I have officially lost my mind. Every single day, without fail, I am haunted by these new ideas about how things ought to be. This morning, while standing in my bathroom, I caught sight of the first signs of aging. I stared at those gray hairs, the deepening lines around my eyes, and the dark circles under my lids from a lack of sleep. A few hours later, I found myself deep in a Google search for high-end men's facial moisturizers. It is truly pathetic; I, who once held such utter contempt for vanity and all its superficial nonsense, have reached a point where wrinkles actually bother me. Even the prospect of moving to Ukraine is starting to look more appealing, and that is saying something when the first Russian tank is already rolling into view.
