I’ve been following our local squad for a few years now, and while I love the wins, I always feel like there's a bit of a revolving door situation happening. It’s hard to get truly attached to a roster when you know half the guys might be headed up to the higher leagues by mid-season.
With the new partnership shifting things around, I can't help but wonder if we're about to see even more turnover. On one hand, it's great for the players' careers, but on the other, it feels like the team identity is constantly being reset. It's tough to build that long-term chemistry with fans when the lineup feels like a temporary stopover for talent.
Do you guys think these developmental shifts actually help the local fan experience, or does it just make it harder to stay invested in the players?
