PC build for $600-$750?

I am looking to source an office workstation—something strictly for professional tasks, as gaming will never be a factor here. It needs to come with an original license for Windows 10 and at least a 120GB SSD. I might also consider adding a secondary HDD just to have the extra storage on hand, though that isn't a top priority at this stage.
