Is anyone else tired of the "rebuilding" hype cycles?

It feels like every time a team makes a couple of decent moves, the betting odds suddenly skyrocket like they're ready to dominate the league overnight. I've seen this pattern so many times with young rosters that it's hard to take the sudden optimism seriously. Do you guys actually buy into these early championship projections, or is it all just noise?
