What’s wrong with The Only One? Even then, they messed up by releasing three different versions, and every single one was missing two tracks.

I know what it’s called, but it feels stupid to write out how they were actually being "serious" about an album titled "Total Garbage." 🙂

I remember seeing them back in those years outside the Student Union in a small town in the Midwest. Prlja was announcing they had a live album dropping next week, and when he told me what the title would be, it was the funniest thing I’d ever heard as a fifteen-year-old...

On "The Only One," the typical Let3 stuff just sounds forced. To me, that album mostly marks the start of their mindless obsession with country music (Tazi Tazi, Ženu Varam), cheap vulgarity (PNNK, 999), and some pointless pop-rock (Profesor Jakov, Golub Dinko). Only a few things from that record actually hold up.

Let's be real here. The outfits are just standard stuff, basically recycling uniforms other bands have used forever. Nothing groundbreaking there. Musically? The song isn't great. The visual show is solid, though. The political undertones are obvious, too. Maybe they're defending some kind of freedom—they come off like a bunch of psychos who’ve been left to their own devices. Plus, the song is clearly aimed at Putin. It's basically sucking up to the West. I wonder how they'll fare in New York City. Mexicans might see those tractors as a direct attack on them. There's no doubt the whole thing is political.

My favorite spin on this is claiming they won't perform at American Idol because their content is too "controversial." Give me a break—they’d probably rather castrate themselves than create anything that doesn't fit the left-liberal agenda or extreme political correctness. Maybe someone actually needs to step outside their downtown condo once in a while.

So, I'm not the only one who thinks this song is just a political parody.

They’re basically on the same level quality-wise. The only real difference is that not a single member of The Beatles ever landed an 80-square-meter apartment from the mayor just for $233. Aside from that, everything else is identical.
And yet, you still have idiots taking out massive loans and spending their entire lives paying them off. What a bunch of naive fools. It’s actually simple: just go public, tell someone exactly where they can shove it, act like a complete degenerate, spit out a pile of nonsense, and boom... suddenly you've got a free apartment thanks to some "national service" merit.

People with privilege at the Student Union... forget about getting anything written. You're talking about bans, but back in 2014, that Ukrainian song was purely political too. Nobody raised an eyebrow then. Even when Russians were banned from participating, nobody seemed to care.
It wouldn't be right to ban The Beatles just because of political propaganda. I think it’d be fairer to just let them go out there and fight for their shot.

They’re planning to drop the song on the American Idol channel first, too.

It’s just a drop in the bucket for Putin; he’ll probably just end up unifying the Russians around him, telling them, "See? This is what happens when you deal with a decadent West—it's us versus them, the defenders of traditional values."

How on earth could anyone dislike this??? It’s probably just those Putin supporters talking. Who wouldn't love seeing a few aging guys rocking dresses, skirts, and quirky hats, with their faces and lips perfectly made up just to reach the peak of the performance by jamming a plant up someone's ass? Shame on you, you Putin fanatics; if this isn't proof of the mental state of the nation (and beyond), then I don't know what is!!! I want them to win the Eurovision Song Contest—they've earned it. And so has Eurovision.

Does anyone happen to know where I might track down the music video for "Rado ide Mexican u vojnike"?

I distinctly remember stumbling upon it on some blog once, though it’s quite possible it’s been scrubbed from the internet entirely—likely because its content was just too profound for the mainstream to handle.

I’ve included the description of the video below, along with the breakdown of what the whole production actually cost them.

In reality, all it takes is being loud enough about hating someone or making a public spectacle of your disdain—essentially just acting like a total degenerate—and suddenly, boom... you’ve got a free apartment courtesy of "national service."

Some members of The Beatles actually received far more than the Queen (in terms of titles). And some of them even rejected her honors entirely.
From what I can gather, these "distinguished citizens" of Cleveland haven't actually been handed apartments; they simply reside in municipal housing at heavily discounted rates. It seems unlikely they would pay market rent in those units. Whether that is justifiable is beyond me, but if the voters of Cleveland find the local policies distasteful, they have the power to fix it at the next local election.

That was a hell of a lot earlier than Lazo

Lazo, did your dealer spike your LSD again?
What on earth does The Beatles have to do with these clowns, other than the fact that they're both bands?

It’s simple enough: just publicly insult someone, talk trash about the establishment, shove a flower up your backside, vomit out a heap of nonsense and stupidity, and presto... you've got a tiny apartment practically for free thanks to your "service to the state."

Then there are the absolute idiots claiming that Prlja received an 800-square-foot apartment for $233.
I truly cannot fathom how much stupidity one must possess to believe it’s actually possible to get an apartment for seven hundred dollars.

I guess he’s probably talking about $233 monthly rent—because otherwise, there's no way you're getting an 80-square-foot studio built out of Legos for that kind of money, let alone an actual apartment 😁

If we had sent The Beatles in the nineties, maybe things would be different—but honestly, we always seem to be about a few decades too late...

You're missing the point. That's on you. Are you feeling okay? Surely you don't think I'm actually comparing The Beatles to The Beatles?🤣
I was just making a point about all the different stage outfits bands wear.
Based on the sound, these guys would've toured with Metallica.🤣 based on the vibe.🤣

Huge congrats on the win! Not that they had an easy time with that lineup, though—tough competition for sure.
Finally, we’re sending something to the Eurovision Song Contest that actually fits the vibe of that whole circus.

Not exactly a genius move to poke the bear with Vladimir Putin—could end up with a missile heading toward the States—even if those guys from The Beatles were dressed up in some "funny" costumes.

Look, I’m no fan of Russia, but that song is just garbage.

My business partner just bailed on me for some last-minute nonsense, so they won't be making it to Antivalentinov anymore.

I could have sworn they performed back in 2006 too, but apparently, I wasn't one of the few people actually paying attention back then. It honestly baffles me why nobody was talking about it, especially since it’s their signature duet...
