So, that sensitive little kid is deleting my posts again. Of course, they leave all the other comments where everyone is taking shots at me perfectly intact.

Steven Newman50, seriously—how can someone be this pathetic?

Look, you've read the messages, you've had your say, and let's just agree we aren't going to keep dragging this tone along, even if it is just a chat room... As for the deleting stuff, I wasn't trying to shut anyone out, but honestly, I'm just not about wiping out half the conversation just so everyone can feel all soft and protected after someone talks trash.

The main thing is that you're busy protecting your own version of "humor."

Just so we're clear, I am not playing favorites. Fass also announced they're done posting on Music because of me—all because I didn't delete a single post where this "innocent victim" who wrote the original thread decided to attack Fass's post instead of actually engaging... just so they could come here and start drama.

If you want to play it that way, fine. But don't act shocked when the next minor hiccup results in a massive penalty that makes people crawl out from under their rocks. At that point, back-and-forth arguing won't be allowed for anyone, period.

Honestly, I’m just over dealing with people who have nothing better going on in their lives, so they use online spaces to dump all their frustrations since they clearly lack any other productive way to express themselves... seriously...

The last time I actually posted in the music section was regarding Lanegan’s passing—and that was that. I honestly don't see why you're threatening a user who barely even contributes to this subforum, let alone cares about it. If other people are leaving because of you, maybe take a long, hard look at how you're handling things. I've gone back and read through that controversial thread and all the deleted posts, and the reality is quite clear: your moderation has been incredibly biased. You can tell exactly how you're doing your job just by looking at the activity levels in this subforum.

Steven Newman50 said:Just so we’re clear—I’m not playing defense here. Fass actually announced he’s stepping away from Music altogether because of me—all because I refused to delete a single post where this "innocent victim" (whoever wrote that opening thread) decided to attack him. They just wanted to jump in and start acting like they own the place.

If you want to play it that way, fine. But don't come crying to me when I hand down a much harsher penalty for the next minor incident—one that’ll have you crawling out from under the floorboards. Consider this the final warning: the back-and-forth bickering is officially over, and that goes for everyone.

Honestly, I’m just done dealing with people like you—those who have absolutely no idea what they want out of life, so instead, you just drift through these online spaces using them as a dumping ground for your own frustrations. It’s pretty clear you’ve run out of any other meaningful ways to actually express yourselves.

Since you seem to think you have the right to pass judgment on someone's private life and character outside of this forum—well, here’s my take: you’re nothing more than a frustrated kid acting superior to anyone who isn't part of your little inner circle, clearly just relishing that self-righteous sense of moderator power.

If you actually had a backbone and some sense of self, you would have told that tedious moderator long ago that his obsession with those "extremists" is getting old—but I suppose he thinks he's being "witty." It’s clearly the same brand of humor we see in every single one of Fass's posts, filled with that typical passive-aggressive attitude and nonsense. Honestly, I feel for you; it must be exhausting having no real identity of your own, clinging to this fake sense of authority while simultaneously trying to pick apart everyone else.

I went ahead and cleared out all those posts bunched up right before that one long-standing one. Honestly, looking at how you've rated things in the past, this whole thing about me being biased doesn't even matter...

I’m not even going to get into your excuses for why you post or don't post on certain boards. I stumbled upon some of your old stuff ages ago where you were just tearing into the mods for no reason on the same subforum, so I’m definitely not taking this personally!
brightwolf48 said:If you actually had any mod authority and an ego to match, you would've told that boring-as-hell moderator a long time ago to quit it with the "extremists" nonsense. But I guess that's just "funny," isn't it? Just like every single Fass post filled with that weird attitude and all those passive-aggressive comments.

Who, limun? Well, why don't you tell him yourself? Let him give you his own answer.

Yeah, sure, I get that you can't just ban him—but if you actually had the backbone to deal with his and Fass's nonsense through official channels, you might have actually achieved something. Instead, you’re just playing along like some kind of "witty" big shot on this subforum.

And honestly, the fact that you went digging through my posts from years ago says way more about you than it does about me. What difference does it make if I didn't get along with some moderator back in the day?

Does that somehow prove you're right? Give me a break—I'm not in kindergarten.

I wasn't even looking for it! I was actually focused on something else entirely when I just stumbled right onto this... Honestly, regarding those root tweaks, I'm totally with you—they're a headache and really shouldn't be there in the first place, but we've already managed to get that sorted out in the meantime.

bluecyclist64 said:posts where people are just tearing me apart.

Honestly, anything you say is basically bulletproof against any kind of backlash. Believe me—I rarely, if ever, run into anyone like you online—and don't go putting this on your resume, because I doubt anyone would call it a recommendation.

Normally, I’m the type of guy who can take anything—nerves like steel—but man, my stomach actually knots up whenever I see a new subforum open and realize you’ve managed to drop another post in the meantime. You're lucky our mods are the way they are, because honestly, I’d have banned you indefinitely years before your last meltdown.

I knew you were unpredictable, but you really pushed me over the edge when you took a totally harmless comment about wanting a thread featuring Ševa, Androlog, and bluecyclist64 and turned it into some unprovoked rant calling me an "uneducated, talentless incel and a failed art historian." Then you get all emotional asking me to leave your mom alone—which I did, by the way—but you still had to throw in that little dig about me "wanking in my basement at my mom's house," only to show up here just to keep talking trash.

Man, why am I even interested in what you have to say? You're boring me, buddy. So either give me a coherent answer or just quit the pseudo-bullying, please.

I didn't ask you that, so quit playing dumb. I don't care about your little labels. Look, I'm asking again—why are you dragging my username into every single thread, especially here on PŽK? If you want, go hang out over in Music—I'll make sure to avoid your posts there. Just answer the question or leave me alone. Either way, just back off.

If you want my honest take—the reason is simply that it’s been a long time since you were a member anyone could actually have a decent conversation with about music. Back then, we could joke around and learn something new; lately, you've devolved into this constant trolling, which has become incredibly grating. People don't need to agree on everything—we certainly don't all have to like the same things—but when you realize someone isn't just some amateur, but actually knows more about a subject than you do, you should be able to soften your stance a bit, listen, and maybe even learn something.

I still remember that debate about the "on malo snijeg" album—I think it was Konoyo or someone like that who posted a few drone albums. Some were absolute garbage to me, sure, but others were eye-opening because he actually took the time to explain things we weren't familiar with to me and everyone else.

You, unfortunately, have just been trolling for the sake of trolling lately. Instead of being a constructive voice—especially as one of the more active members who actually knows his stuff—you've just gone off the rails. I get it, there isn't much left to say about "rock" or "pop" music; there aren't many great new bands coming out anymore. But even then, you could try being more like Androlog or Baribb. Their tastes don't align with mine, nor do they align with most people here, but instead of turning to trolling, they try to share their perspective on musical evolution and their own sensibilities in a way that is actually coherent and normal. It's similar to how Gareton operates at the other end of the spectrum; none of those guys ever get flak from the community, let alone actual criticism—if anything, people quietly click the links they post.

I don't see the point of your trolling, especially since it doesn't even land on the main boards. It's not even funny anymore like it used to be (I remember Limun's brilliant joke when he coldly wrote, "these are all the user suggestions for the album of the week"). Even the best banter and trolling loses its edge eventually.

Whatever, man. It's up to you whether you want to stay relevant or not. Personally, I preferred the old Fass—even if we disagreed on everything, he knew exactly how to pull off a joke or a troll perfectly.

Sure, I realize that over time, there isn't much left to write that's smart or fresh since there are no new users and no new artists coming along to blow our minds. But in that case, it might be better to just post less rather than just trolling for the hell of it.

I suppose we've all just gotten a little bored, and this subforum has gone to hell in a handbasket—it's just that we're all handling it differently. Some people troll, some people just complain...

I’m not trolling anyone on the main boards—only in the chat—and honestly, your whole idea of "chat trolling" doesn't even make sense. You actually started acting out way before those weirdly aggressive outbursts from my buddies regarding what we talk about here. To this day, I still don't get why you suddenly throw these tantrums over some imaginary clicks I supposedly have with the mods. Basically, at one point, you just snapped at everything involving the Album of the Week while the thread was still relevant, complained that nobody takes you seriously there, cooked up some conspiracy theories, and announced you were leaving. Ever since then, you've used every single opportunity to try and prove the mods are amateurs and that I’m just some bitter provocateur who trashed the entire subforum. Now you're even blaming certain political factions for it—so I’ll give you an Elvis paraphrase: long live rock 'n' roll, even if a supposed troll makes his fans second-guess things. Look, I get that I can be provocative sometimes, but that's just how I roll—I'm convinced everyone would die of boredom if we all agreed on everything. Rock wouldn't even exist if everyone stayed in line.
That’s just how I see it, and you aren't going to change my mind. Go ahead and vent all you want, man—I'm not stopping you, and I haven't insulted you or anyone else just for having a different opinion.

Man, I used to be obsessed with the music subreddit—it was easily my favorite corner of Reddit, right up there with the tourism boards. But lately? Music just feels stale. It’s boring. Honestly, that’s just my own damn problem with the whole sub, I guess.

Steven Newman50 said:You’ve all had your say and you've answered yourselves, so there is no point in dragging this out in such a toxic tone—even if we are just talking in a chat room. Regarding the matter of deleting posts, my intention was never to deprive anyone of their input. However, quite frankly, I have no desire to spend my time scrubbing through half a chat log just so everyone can feel pampered and protected after they've gone off the rails.

For what purpose are you even deleting things? What exactly makes you think you have the authority to decide what stays and what goes?
First, you left a post where I was clearly agitated because my mother is on her period, which obviously means I can't go and get laid like I usually do. You happened to overlook that detail.
So you finally went ahead and deleted it. Of course, under any other circumstances, you wouldn't have even considered it.

Steven Newman50 said:For the record, I am not playing defense here. Fass also announced that he’s stepping away from Music entirely because of me. Apparently, it’s my fault for not deleting a single post where this "innocent victim"—the one who penned the original thread—decided to lash out at him just to have the last word and stir up trouble here.

What is there to even debate? I only started this thread to demonstrate just how biased and utterly incompetent you really are.
Good grief, the moderation over at Music feels positively haunted. Anyone who spends even a moment navigating those forums starts to feel like they've stepped into a ghost story.
Some sort of dimension.
If you insist on playing by those rules, fine. But don't come crying to me when the next minor infraction results in a penalty so severe it’ll leave you reeling. I have no interest in endless back-and-forth debates; from here on out, the constant bickering won't be tolerated, period. No exceptions.

To me, you’re nothing more than a mere footnote—a tiny, insignificant speck. To someone like you, an anthill would look like a sprawling metropolis built for giants. Just stick to your cardboard boxes and stay in your lane; it’s clear you aren't capable of anything more substantial than that.

I have reached my limit with this endless cycle of aimless venting. It is truly exhausting to deal with people who seem to have absolutely no direction in their own lives, yet feel compelled to colonize every corner of the internet just to broadcast their personal frustrations. It’s become quite clear that for many of you, these digital spaces serve as the only outlet left, simply because you lack any more constructive or meaningful ways to express yourselves.

Based on the way you handle your moderation, it seems you’ve just provided a perfect self-description.
