Nike, please don't fall into the trap of constantly catering to every minor impulse. Focus on exercising, specifically working on your neck mobility. Try using your laptop while sitting up instead. If that doesn't work, go see a physical therapist. Trust me, adopting this mindset will make you feel so much better in the long run. I know from experience: right now, you think you're being kind to yourself by lying down to watch your laptop, but in just a few days, some other discomfort will pop up and leave you feeling dissatisfied. You have to break that cycle before it starts. It takes effort, certainly, but it's all about moving in an upward direction.
