Where do I appeal a yellow card if there's no option on Wall Street Quote?

Well, it’s right there in the title.
I haven't been able to access the Wall Street Quote for about a year now—no explanation given and honestly, I have no clue why—so if that's the case, where am I supposed to go to appeal a penalty?

I already tried sliding into the President's DMs twice to talk about the penalty he handed out, but since I didn't get a reply, I figured I'd start this thread in hopes of finding someone who can help me solve this little dilemma.

The reason for the partial ban on the Wall Street Quote:

A partial ban was issued on the Wall Street Quote because, according to the site rules, this user keeps spamming threads that have nothing to do with appealing a ban.

Look, if the moderator actually thought your appeal had any merit, they would have responded to you already; besides, you can always take your grievances to the head moderator of that subforum or just send them a private message.

I mean, how would I even go about "spamming threads" over there? The only people who can even see those sections are the admins and the banned users! And even if I somehow managed to pull off some crazy spam stunt, I’d probably just get a warning before they hit me with a ban, then a permanent strike, maybe a suspension... you know the drill. Even actual US courts give people probation instead of just throwing them straight into life sentences for every little thing...
