What are the recommended PC specs for FIFA 15?

I could really use some advice since I'm basically a total novice when it comes to PC hardware—what’s the easiest (and cheapest) way to upgrade this rig shown in the photos below just to play FIFA 15?

With my current setup, I can technically launch the game (even if it keeps throwing that "minimum requirements not met" warning at me), but it's incredibly sluggish. It only runs on the absolute lowest settings, which makes it pretty much unplayable. I'm not asking for maxed-out graphics or anything—I just want it to run smoothly without all that stuttering.

Would swapping out the graphics card be enough to fix this? If so, what would be the most budget-friendly option—keep in mind I only care about playing FIFA 15, nothing more demanding than that.

Don't even bother with a DDR3 card. You really need at least DDR5 if you want anything to work.

Why on earth would anyone go for DDR3? Honestly, you're much better off grabbing 1GB of DDR5
