So, I’ve recently fallen victim to a bit of a digital nightmare: both my Meta account and the email linked exclusively to it have been hacked. It all started quite subtly—I began receiving these strange friend requests from complete strangers, which felt off right away. But then things escalated quickly. Someone managed to get into my email and scraped my full name, phone number, and home address, subsequently posting them on some shady dating site. Since then, my phone hasn't stopped ringing; I've been bombarded with endless calls and messages. After getting on the line with customer support and finally managing to wipe my profile from that site, I thought the worst was over. But no! Today, a DHL package arrived at my front door containing wine valued at $850! Thankfully, I caught it in time and refused the delivery. It feels like someone is using this inaccessible email account just to make my life a living hell. The email address is name@mail24.email
I’ve tried searching everywhere online for this specific email provider, but I can't find a trace of them, nor can I figure out who to contact to get the account deactivated entirely. Does anyone have any advice or know how to handle this? I've already filed an official report with the police. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Man, I gotta be honest, this whole wine thing totally wiped me out... 😁

I didn't quite catch what you meant about the email—what kind of domain are we talking about here? Like, a PM site?

I completely get it; honestly, I’m going through the exact same thing right now, and I just can't wrap my head around what this domain actually is. I haven't been able to track down any customer service to deactivate the account, so I'm really hoping someone here recognizes the domain and might be able to lend a hand!
