Audio issues while burning CDs

Hey. I’ve been using Nero 8 to burn audio CDs without any issues until recently, but now it keeps throwing an error right at speed 10—so both the read and write speeds are stuck at 10x... hmmm... there isn't even another option to select, so it just starts burning and then immediately spits the disc out with an error message? wtf??🙄

PS. Just finished installing Microsoft Office 2019, but the thing is a total dud—it keeps ejecting my disc constantly. I'm running it on an Alienware Windows 10 ?????
