1. About 20 days ago, I submitted a formal request to abolish the religion sub-section

2.
If you take a look at the VERY LAST post in that thread—specifically the response from the moderator, body hallecka—you’ll see that the answer isn't positive or negative. It’s conditional, which really just means it's incredibly vague!

A) They’ve set these bizarre conditions for FORMER MODERATORS 🤔 that, if met, supposedly mean the sub-section gets abolished 🤔

B) Some people have interpreted the moderator's response as nothing more than a joke. 🤔 😲

C) Beyond that, there was no actual answer regarding HOW LONG 🤔 hiddenpuma75—that’s me, being a bit clueless here—has been stuck with this sub-section. Is it unanswered because there isn't an option to address it, or simply because they don't want to say? I'd estimate this sub-section has been hanging around for 7 to 10 years now.

d) There once was a wise man whose words have illuminated the darkness for two millennia.

He recommended that in our speech, we remain simple and honest, speaking clearly to others with a straight "yes" or "no."

Because, as that great teacher and my grandfather used to say, anyone who talks too much ends up lying. 😲

Too much chatter and backroom dealing inevitably leads to obfuscation. And obfuscation leads to politics, to Congress, to landing a spot as one of the seven tourism advisors for a San Francisco Bay Area suburb , or to getting lost in the murky waters of high-level management positions...

====

So, I am asking the forum's expert jury for a simple, "yes or no" style answer.

Is the religion sub-section for hiddenpuma75 being abolished? YES OR NO?

And of course, if the answer is "NO," the judicial council is obligated to provide a formal explanation and instructions on how to appeal.

It’s been nearly two months since I submitted two straightforward questions to the forum's expert panel

1. How much longer is hiddenpuma75's probationary period regarding religious topics going to last? 🤔
( My own guess puts it somewhere between seven and ten years 😲)

2. Also, any word on my request to scrap this whole religious probation thing altogether? ...

3. I find it hard to believe the expert panel has just been sitting on this for two months, especially now that the forum's summer break is officially over.

My gut feeling is that
they either don't care, or they're just playing it safe by staying silent because they haven't made up their minds yet. 😁

Happy New Year to everyone on the forum! 🎉

For me, this marks a huge milestone—my 20th anniversary of being part of this community. 🙂 🙂

==================================

It’s been exactly four months and five days (that's 125 days, if we're counting) since I sent two very straightforward questions over to the moderation panel, both of which have gone completely unanswered.

1) How much longer am I expected to serve this partial ban regarding religious discussions? (If I had to guess, I'd say I've been sitting in this timeout for anywhere between 7 and 10 years.)

2) Will this undeserved penalty—which honestly feels more like a moderator's personal grudge than anything else—finally be lifted so that our forum's version of Martin Luther King Jr. can finally be set free to write and create again? 🙂

And here’s a statement for my attorney—who just happens to be a highly respected former moderator 👍

I was just sitting here thinking about that whole Parsifal situation, and man, it really gets you reflecting on how much we all try to find some kind of higher purpose when life feels like a total grind. It’s funny, isn't it? We spend so much time chasing these massive, cinematic ideals—you know, that pure, untouched quest for truth—but then reality hits us like a freight train, and we're just left trying to figure out how to pay the rent or deal with a broken radiator in Chicago. I remember this one time back in my college days, I was convinced I had found the ultimate path to enlightenment through some obscure philosophy book, only to realize I was basically just staring at a wall for three hours because I forgot to eat lunch. There's something deeply human about that gap between our grandest ambitions and the messy, uncoordinated way we actually live our lives. We want the epic journey, but we usually end up with a long line at a Starbucks. kaže:

So, I was just looking into this, and honestly, they’ve gone and slapped these totally bizarre conditions on the former moderators. It’s just wild how they're handling things now. 🤔 So, if we're talking about when exactly partial derivatives just... vanish into thin air, it really comes down to how the function behaves when you start messing with one variable at a time. Basically, you're looking for that sweet spot where the rate of change doesn't care about the other variables anymore because the function has flattened out in that specific direction. It’s like being on a hiking trail in the Rockies—if you move a step to the left or right and the elevation stays exactly the same, your partial derivative for that movement is zero. You hit those critical points where all those individual slopes hit zero, and that's usually the signal that you've reached a peak, a valley, or maybe just a weird little plateau in the middle of nowhere. 🤔

Some people actually took what the mod said as some kind of joke. 🤔 😲

Man, he just stays there, standing his ground like old William Howard Taft.
It’s not even bizarre if you think about it—it’s just being responsible. It's straightforward, decisive, and honestly, it's just common sense at this point.

Look, B—this isn't some joke. We’re taking your request seriously, and we're doing it with nothing but respect. But you have to understand that the reasons our solid, hardworking moderators had to step in and sanction your previous activity? Those are just as valid and being treated with the same level of seriousness.

Look, it’s actually pretty straightforward—you’ve basically just got yourself an IF loop with two variables and two possible outcomes.

Look, just go talk to the mods and see if you can smooth things over with them. If they decide to play ball and accept the situation, we’ll all back them up and respect their call to get you back to where you actually want to be. 👍
