Quote : Leclerc's Engine issue in Bahrain Has been examined in Maranello: apparently, some busted injector decided to stop feeding fuel into the cylinder, which is why things went sideways. Luckily, the power unit isn't actually trashed, so they should be good to go for the Chinese Grand Prix.

What logic? Honestly, I just write things phonetically because it's easier for me—though for certain names like "Max" or "McLaren," I'll stick to the original spelling since it looks better. It's pretty silly to get worked up about that...

You totally sold out Vukko with Max and McLaren.

Check out this clip of Leclerc's team radio right after that absolute grind of a race—he was actually a bit lost on where to head since he ended up on the podium! 🙂

Man, I already checked out after Australia; that's where the cracks really started showing.
So basically, this is two in a row.

Just give me a break...

It's just pathetic.

FIRE BINOTTO NOW!

Honestly, when you hear a team principal acting like that at the end of a race—just totally losing it like that—it makes you want to cry. It seriously makes you wonder why the hell they even bother being a team principal in the first place. 👎

Just bring back the old-school, iron-willed Maurizio! 😂

Not happening...
Unlike some kid who just wants to iron things out, Binotto actually understands the car, the crew, F1, the drivers, the tech, and all that. 🙂
And he doesn't strike me as the type who only cares about what the press says about him either...

He could actually be pretty good.
It takes time. And you should never, ever let the vultures or the media dictate terms—you just shut them down and do your job properly. You don't force aggressive changes to the team or the car just because the media is screaming for it...

The boss is doing just fine right now...
If anyone deserves the boot, it's the strategy crew who have zero clue what they're doing, or those guys who are still too scared to take responsibility and are just laggingly copying Mercedes...

Binotto actually knows his stuff—unlike that kid they've got trying to iron everything out—when it comes to the car, the crew, the technical side, and all the F1 nuances. 🙂
Honestly, I don't even care—he seems like the kind of guy who only lives for whatever the reporters are typing about him...

He could actually be pretty decent—honestly, I think he’s got some real potential there.
It takes time—and honestly, you can't let those vultures or even some of the press dictate how things should run. You’ve gotta shut that noise out and just do things the right way... rather than forcing these sudden, aggressive changes to the crew or the car just because the media is breathing down your neck for drama.

The boss is there right now—and honestly, things are looking better than ever!
If anyone’s looking for someone to fire, look no further than the strategy crew—they either have zero clue what they're doing or they're just too terrified to actually take charge and end up just mindlessly copying Mercedes' playbook.

Honestly, cutting ties with Vettel would be the smartest move they could make right now—just my two cents!

Oh, absolutely...
Maybe if Mercedes had dumped Hamilton after Australia (which they should have done immediately given how much Bottas has been messing with him lately), they’d probably just end up copying McLaren's strategy like they always do...

Honestly, if they could just move on from Vettel-esque situations and bring in Norris right away... we’d be set for the next decade. And let’s be real, Norris wouldn't stick around forever if he were stuck in a crumbling McLaren setup.

I mean, if Mercedes had actually pushed Hamilton after Australia—which they really should have done right then and there since Bottas gave him such a hard time—then sure, they probably would've just copied McLaren's strategy like they always do...

Come on, don't even try comparing a driver as mediocre as Vettel to someone like Hamilton...

Because of 🙂
Is it maybe because Hamilton gets a free pass for everything?...
The guy misses out on the title in 2016 while driving arguably the most dominant car ever, and nobody even blinks...

Fast forward to Australia: he starts on pole and somehow barely scrapes a finish, trailing way behind Red Bull Racing, but hey, everyone calls it a "superb drive" and a miracle just because he managed to stay on the same lap as Bottas despite having floor damage...
Sure, Mercedes probably had to use a microscope to actually find that "famous" damage, but whatever...

Is that perhaps why Lewis Hamilton gets a free pass for everything...
The guy had the most dominant car in history back in 2016 and still managed to blow his title chances without anyone saying a word...

In the end, he starts on pole in Australia and barely scrapes by in second place behind Red Bull Racing, though I suppose you could call it a miracle he stayed on the same lap as Valtteri Bottas given that supposed floor damage on his car...
Sure, the folks at Mercedes-Benz probably needed a microscope to even find that legendary damage, but it doesn't really matter...

Just a little reminder of how one overtakes in a slower car using the outside line

What a joke—bringing up 2016, when Lewis had to pull out of Malaysia because his engine gave up while he was leading the race. That win should have been his, and that championship too...
And let’s be real, he still lost the title to a guy driving an equally dominant car. We're talking about a machine so much better than the rest of the field that it was basically a Mercedes-Benz 1-2 most weekends; having to DNF in a situation like that just hurts even more.
