How do I get an old account back?

Hey everyone,

I used to post on this forum a while back under a different handle, but I’ve managed to lose my password. It wouldn't be much of an issue if I hadn't also lost access to the old email account tied to the profile. I started the recovery process with Microsoft, but honestly, I doubt it'll go anywhere since I haven't touched that inbox in ages. I don't actually plan on posting here with that old account anymore, but I desperately need to get back in to access my private messages. There are contact details for some old friends in there who aren't on Facebook, and I have no other way to track down their numbers or emails. The only way I can truly prove I'm the original owner is by reciting the contents of specific private messages, which I'm more than willing to do via PM.

Any help would be appreciated. 🙂

The contents of private messages aren't visible to anyone but the profile owner, so trying to recount them here is just a waste of breath.

You’d have to be a special kind of delusional to believe the fashion corner and all its sub-threads were somehow cobbled together in just a couple of days and then accidentally left wide open for everyone to see. It’s enough to make me lose my mind.😁
