Webcam and mic not working in Zoom?

My Webcam and mic are totally dead on Zoom
In my Zoom settings/video, I'm just seeing this image here
I already tried testing them in another app and everything works fine there, so it's definitely not the hardware
Anyone got any ideas or can help me out?

Maybe try updating your webcam drivers so Zoom can actually see it—or, if that doesn't work, just try a clean reinstall of Zoom itself.

Go ahead and grant permission in the control panel. 😉
