Anyone using a generic USB card reader?

Requesting some help here

So, I have this Nedis card reader that I set up perfectly fine on my old computer, but now that I've upgraded to a new machine, I'm running into a few hiccups:

1. I don't have the installation CD—it seems to have gone missing somewhere
2. My new PC doesn't even have a CD drive anymore

Is there any way to get this reader installed without needing the actual disc? Maybe there's a workaround?

Usually, you don't even have to mess around with finding specific drivers for card readers on any modern OS...

If you aren't feeling up to installing the driver manually, just follow these steps:
Right-click on "This PC," then head into Properties and open Device Manager.
Look for any yellow warning triangles. If you see one, right-click it, select "Update Driver," and let Windows try to find it automatically.
If nothing shows up there, go to the Control Panel and try "Add a Hardware Device" to see if the system picks it up. From there, the process stays the same.
